Just had the BEST shopping experience here. The owner, Rachel, is incredibly knowledgeable about all of her products and showed us items at a variety of price points. The entire store is SO cute, I can’t wait to continue shopping here and make it my new go-to spot for baby gifts for friends!

Incredible customer service! One piece of baby furniture (rocking chair) I ordered was delivering later than planned due to COVID problems with the manufacturer (at no fault at all of Twinkle Twinkle Little One). Because the delivery date fell after my due date, Twinkle Twinkle Little One offered to send me a rocking chair that I could use in the mean time to use when the baby came. Then they would switch it out with the one I ordered once the manufacturer had made and sent it. That is top customer service in my books! They also have the cutest things. I felt like a kid in a candy store when I walked in. I absolutely recommend supporting this amazing business.

Truly a wonderful experience. I went in to buy gifts for three different babies. Courtney was super helpful. She pointed me in the right direction and I found cute outfits and toys for each of the babies. They also wrapped everything at no extra cost and shipped two of my gifts (at a very reasonable cost) saving me so many extra steps and time. Its a beautiful store. This will be my one stop for future baby gifts.

Great selection and unique gifts. I love their toy and books section, and they have the best cuddly friends (jelly cat and more). Helpful staff, but space can be tight if you’re in with a stroller. They also have a small play area in the back which is nice for older kids.

This is my go-to store in Chicago for anything baby. They have unique, high-quality items perfect for shower and birthday gifts. Most things are made by talented artists and small businesses and the staff is always super friendly; ready and willing to help you find what youre looking for.

Came to this store while I was visiting Chicago for a couple of days, and drove all the way from the Hyde Park area.It was worth it! Both store workers were lovely, and we enjoyed some fun conversation while they showed me all the original, beautiful gifts I could buy my daughter. Helpful, courteous service and a great selection of unique products is all I need..If youre looking for a great baby boutique in Chicagoland, give this place a try. Im sure youll find plenty of awesome options.

The website is also well designed and seamless for mobile browsing/searching and purchasing - definitely not always the case with local boutiques

Unique and gorgeous decor, not just for baby and big kid, but for adults too! And the customer service is truly exceptional. Anything you need help with, the girls are there and ready.

I was excited to receive a gift certificate to this store, until I realized that following through on paid orders seems not to be high priority.I ordered and paid for a wooden plaque of my daughters name for her nursery wall and was told it would take 3-6 weeks to complete. A couple weeks later, well within the time quoted, they called to let me know the plaque was done, except for the paint finish, and I dropped off the paint I wanted them to use. I have finished one of these plaques myself previously, and one coat of primer, two coats of paint and a glitter spray finish took me less than 48 hours to complete. So, I called back a week later to check the status, assuming it would be done. I was told they were working on it and theyd call me when I could pick it up.I figured they must be busy, but that it really wouldnt take that much longer, so I let a couple more weeks go by and called back and spoke with the manager. She told me again that they were working on it and that shed find out the exact status and call me back by the end of that week. I never heard from her.ELEVEN WEEKS after placing my order and another phone call later I now have the finished product, which does look nice. I just wish I didnt have to work so hard to actually get it, especially during these early days of caring for a young baby. My order was clearly low priority and the unapologetic staff made me feel like a nuisance rather than a customer. They also didnt have my leftover paint available to return to me when I picked up my order.If I were to do it again, Id order the plaque from an Etsy artist who appreciates my business and paint it myself.

Overall, very nice shop.Associates were helpful and the prices were matched well to the brands.A little crowded (especially if you have a stroller), and not too many clothing/size options.Great for gifts though!
