Cornelius and his graphic designer were very patient, professional and met every need that was very important to me. They would not let me be unhappy at all. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. I own a professional business and am happy to share my experience:1) Delay in communication from day one, was offered discount for delay. Gave credit card number, 5 minutes later received email that cannot offer discount as they didnt realize the size of sign changed (which was confirmed over phone prior) and said the boss would not allow it (I was speaking with owner).2) Booked photographer and all for my opening, confirmed it would be ready in time, no communication tried calling multiple times for weeks, finally when I spoke to william, he said sign is not ready**Spent hundreds of dollars on my opening and photographer which there was no remorse or concern felt by the company.3) They made a temporary sign that did not go with rest of my office and brought it in4) I organized a second opening for colleagues when I knew sign would be in, the day they came to deliver at 11am, the sign was the wrong color5) They said they would be back prior to colleagues arriving, but came at the same time colleagues were here after 430, they did not update me at all just showed up and blamed traffic,6) Sign came with damages, I have photos,7) When they brought vinyl to correct, they placed it on one of the letters upside downNeedless to say, they have lack in communication, they do not respond, William does not return calls or emails. I do not wish this type of poor service on anyone, ESPECIALLY someone who is opening a new business and plans to impress theyre customers.

1.0 star rating9/23/2016Beware of the unprofessional owner Cornelius.I had patron this company twice! My manager had to threaten to contact an attorney because the owner Cornelius didnt meet his promise deadline. We wait a month for signs that almost didnt arrive on time for our Grand Opening.I then decided to give him another chance and call to edit our new logo! The owner took three weeks to call me back for an estimate. He came immediately for payment. He return two weeks later with dirty signs! I asked him to take them down so my assistant can clean them. However, since I was at a different location. He didnt feel the need to do as I asked. He then installed a decal that wasnt what was order. Not only was it not the decal I ordered. But it was also the incorrect texture. Not to fail to mention he damaged our wall! Which I paid to fix in promise that he would reimburse me! which he never did!The worse part is the logo sign fell in our office near an employee! Cornelius felt it wasnt important that my company doesnt have a sign up that I paid in full. But also not care we had a function that had to be cancelled because he decided to say he wasnt going to go out his way to fix the situation. I have no clue how a business owner can state this! The sign will be down for five days to which he feels he would then come look at it. Mind you thats not when it will be fixed!So currently my co lawyer will be in contact for a small claim!Please dont spend your money here patron a franchise that could careless of the thousands of dollars you give!!!!!Awful service! Awful.

They stripped and re-lettered a bus for me.. Did a great job in a short amount of time! Would recommend for future jobs

This company is probably one of the very few places that still come out and measures and gives free quotes. Very professional and they do EXCELLENT work.

Signarama is great. I have been using them for the past 13 years for all of my schools needs and never had an issue and the signage is always perfect!

After the company I initially contracted a week out continued to flake out on me, first saying order would DEFINITELY be ready, to order PROBABLY would be ready to crickets, I reached out to Cornelius and Singarama, and with ONE days notice was provide an excellent final product, never ghosting me and always stayed in touch thru delivery, which was hours early.

I’ve contacted this company because it’s a block from my house and a couple blocks from my business. Unfortunately, I decided not to use them after SEVERAL attempts to get communication from them! Customer services is absolutely ridiculous! They never call you back or send any correspondence pertaining to my business. They ALWAYS promise to call or send information and I never receive it, even after verifying my email every time I spoke to someone! I was told that they are busy and I get that, but be upfront and honest and stop making promises that can’t be kept! I’m a business and I’m on a timeline as well! I rather you tell me that your not taking new clients then to waste our time! So customer service is a no go!
