Been here before but this time I was not planning to buy anything except a lady asked if I needed help so I did ask to fix my bracelet. The lady at the front desk was very fast to fix it with recommendations. She is very efficient while being friendly, I didnt get her name but the two ladies who were working at the time were nice to offer their help. Will come back for my self or for some gifts.

Wow! This place is great! I brought in six different costume jewelry pieces, three of which they fixed right there on the spot! I was so impressed. The rest I picked up less than a week later. Thank you again!

The staff here is really helpful and know every corner of the store they work in. Every time I come in, the staff just has this very calm and tranquil way to greet their customers. Even when theyre busy they would try to go out of their way to get what I need. I always tell them to not worry about me because I like hanging around in the store and just absorb what they do there. If you like arts and crafts I really think you should come here and give them a try. I bet you theyre going to treat you just as how I explained it. I without a doubt know that is a for sure thing. Beadniks is great for creatives. You can make your own beaded necklaces and bracelets. They have a huge variety of bead types, sizes and colors. And the staff is ready to assist you whenever you have questions or if you need help. My mom dropped her entire bracelet and beads went everywhere- the staff was super understanding and helped find all of her beads! In case youve never made a bracelet before, theyll help you with string/wire selection and attaching clasps.

I only discovered this place about a week ago or so. I was looking for places to get crystals for my newfound rock collection. Youll find some of the most common crystal selections here such as quartz, calcite and amethyst and small pocket size ones. They however have a wide selection of gemstones for jewelry making - which is the forte of this establishment. Its the mecca for jewelry crafting. They offer workshops also and teach you basics. Check out their website for their class offerings and other services. Jessica, our staff, was very attentive and helpful during our Stringing 101 session. They give excellent and honest advise. I will be coming back for more making.

Wanted to really like my experience there but was instantly made to feel unwelcome as no one acknowledged me upon entering. No one came to assist in understanding how to purchase or what the process of making/buying was, seemed as I was in the way and overwhelming the staff. Loved the options of charms and a lot of the pre made pieces were really cute but the staff was very unhelpful and the whole experience as a whole was confusing.

I bought some earrings and took them back because when I got home one broke. The gal fixed it and no sooner later it broke AGAIN. I wont go back. I live to far away . Never took them out and wore them. Which in heinesite, I would have lost one if I did. So disappointed.

This one star review is for the customer service. I purchased two pieces in November with intentions on making Christmas gifts. When I asked about the return policy I was told that it was an in-store credit only. I did ask for a printed receipt but was told I could only receive an email receipt at that time. I ended up not using the two pieces and as the weather has turned I called to confirm my store credit. I was told it is only good for one week. The employee asked me to check my receipt .I explain to her that my email receipt did not have a time limit on the Store credit. I did hear her discussing this with someone else in the store and she was told that I could not bring in my pieces to for a credit or exchange. She told me it was my responsibility to check the website for the return policy. I would agree with her if I had purchased the pieces on the website but that was not the case. I am not a regular customer but a long time customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

One of my favorite places. You can come in and design your own jewelry. They give you a tray and you can pick out beads create your own design and then they will help you put it together. You can also bring in jewelry thats been broken for them to repair or restring.

They have an outstanding selection of beads here. I was extremely impressed when I walked in this past summer to have my bead anklet repaired. The sales staff here strongly encouraged me to repair my own anklet using their supplies and get creative. I spent an hour enjoying myself and added extra beads and tiny bells onto my original design and saved some money. When I completed my anklet she sealed it thoroughly with a clasp and its still in perfect condition. Everyone here is personable, knowledgeable and there are so many playful options here like semi precious strands, crystals and bells. I highly recommend this shop if youre interested in a no fuss do it yourself experience.

This was a stop for my friends Amazing Race birthday adventure. The place had a surprising amount of people at 3pm on a Saturday and everyone looked like they were having a lot of fun. After handing over the clue to my friend we found out we had to make dream catchers up to the employees standards. The instructor was awesome and she made the whole process easy to understand. Ill be sleeping soundly with my new dream catcher over my bed and Id love to come back for another class.

Any type of bead of bobble you could imagine will be found in Beadniks.If you dont feel confident making your own jewelry, there are a variety of classes to get you started. If youre pinched on time, there is lots of jewelry already made. All of the staff are very helpful and patient in helping you find just the right bead or piece you are looking for.The store is cozy and welcoming, you could spend hours going through all the very organized bead tables and getting ideas on all of the great pieces you want to make.

People here are friendly, helpful, and amazing. They have plenty of supplies in different materials. Most importantly for me, they can affordably prepare any jewelry Ive brought them, which has been mostly costume jewelry.

I came to beadniks during the Do Division fest. They do have a variety of interesting items and you can spend at least an hour looking at things. They help you with projects and give recommendations on what looks good or how to approach a project. We asked them to make some necklaces for us, they were happy to oblige. I would recommend that you ask them for an estimate for parts and labor costs before they start making things, just so you dont get a surprise at the end when they charge you. Overall, cute store, nice designs and ideas and friendly people. You can even sit at the back and make jewelry and use their tools so in case you have repair projects you can do them here.

The staff here will help you repair your items, and they have all the tiny pieces needed to do it properly. Can make your own jewelry to replicate what you see in stores, but you wont save money: its expensive.
