Ive been shopping here for some years now they have always been so helpful and pleasant to me, I have nothing but good to say, it would be a whole book telling how nice the staff and owner were to me, never have I had a bad experience with Chicago NailsLove the store

Now i know why people not shopping at this quiet nails supplies, i used to spent so much money to this store, last time i bought a drill machine but that machine didn’t works well so i brought it to return and exchange to something els but the owner said she couldn’t do it she told me ( you have to bring you whole machine to try in front of her let see how it works ) and i told her you have everything here why can’t you try it now ? But she just didn’t want to test it and denied to take the return, so i won’t be back and spend even a dollar to this f**cking place anymore. Keep away from this store !!!

Best place to get your liquid for acrylic nails

This place used to be open for the public but then you had to have a cosmetology license to purchase. They sell in bulk and to salon owners. This is not a new concept especially in Chicago and this is their choice to do so. If you do not like that they changed their policy, then boo hoo! The staff is always pleasant and helpful so I guess people are lying because they they got kicked out. Stop leaving bad reviews because policy changed. It is very rude to do so. Dont be petty. Salon owners and cosmetologists, they have a huge selection of nail polishes and supplies at amazing prices! Dont let these lying reviews hold you from coming here. They are very professional as long as you are professional!

Wow.... According to the other reviews I dont even want to take the time to travel all the way here just to be kicked out. Stop giving these people your money. Last time I checked u didnt need to have a certification to buy nail polish....

The worst service ever. Me and my friend get kicked out from the store. We been told that we cant come without license. And when we decided to stay and just take a look they told us that we cant be there and told us to leave. They were super rude about all this. And we were buying stuff there before, but never will come back. Do not recommend even checking it, dont worth it

I bought some nail polish from here a month ago for myself and came back today to get some more colors but a guy told me that i couldnt buy anything without license but can look around. We stepped outside and came back in to choose colors and order online elsewhere later but cashier kicked us out from the store because they were recieving delivery, were rude, told me i couldnt look or take pictures and i couldnt be inside cause im not allowed to buy. I was trying to explain that i just wanted to take look and wouldnt bother but she wouldnt stop saying that we had to leave and refused to give me contacts of the owner. Honestly dont get it. So agressive.
