I do not care for this beauty supply. The vibe is off. It seems like a hoarder had a bunch of hair supplies and decided to open a store. It feels VERY CLUTTERED& the floor open is not open. The staff members are cold, not very friendly. I prefer SISTAR beauty on 87.

Cant shop without being followed, cant get help and theres so much stuff in there now you cant walk comfortably. Will go back to my usual spot.

Yesterday I spent $90 to do soft locs. I realized today that four of the packs of hair I got were the wrong ones. All which were $7.99. I called to see if I could get a refund or exchange them at the very least since the hair wasnt even opened or touch. They said no, that everything is final sale. Its not written on the receipt, they dont let you know at the register, and its no where posted at the store location. Just go somewhere else to get what you need.

Wow. This place is huge. I mean gigantic. I love it. Its a wonderland in there. Its clean and you can always get assistance. Wow. What a great place to shop for all your Beauty needs. Go by there and check it out..

The Gaint beauty is gaint,but it too junkie &busy. But it have what you need &more.

Huge beauty supply. With a lot of stuff. But the vibe is weird. A guy with dreads sits at the door. His seat is high close to the ceiling. Didn’t even greet me lol They watch & follow you. I walked out because I’m no thief & wont be treated as such. When I walked out the guy finally opened his mouth & said did i need help finding something . Boy bye. Won’t be getting my hard earned coin !!

I didnt care for this place. Its too big and takes to long to find what you are looking for. Now when I asked an associate for something specific, she didnt know where it was 🤦‍♀️. I wont be going back.

First time there.....Large store you should be able to find Everything in there. I dont like the vibe of being watched while shopping gives me the feeling of beind a thief & its very unwelcoming.I wont go back.

Huge selection of items only suggestion would be to display the isle signs higher.

Horrible layout. The aisles are too long with no cross aisle in between. You have to walk half the length of the store to change aisles. Wear your walking shoes because this is ridiculous.
