Walked in with my wife and we were greeted right away by Mike. Mike was courteous and very professional. Asked us if we knew what kind of mattress we were interested in. After a brief discussion Mike showed us a few options and explained in great detail what each brand and type of mattress offered. It made it really easy to choose what we wanted and needed to ensure our quality of sleep would be improving. Mike even went the extra mile by trying to find ways to save us money on our purchase, which he did, and we couldnt be happier walking into the store at that particular time. Mike patiently answered all our questions (even the silly ones) and never became pushy about getting us to buy something.

First time buying a mattress so I really needed some guidance. I called ahead of time to ask about their Labor Day sales & Kyla on the phone was super helpful. I was grateful because prior to calling this location, I had called other Mattress Firms and not gotten any reply over the phone.I found a sale online that I liked and decided to head in to the store to sample the mattress. Upon walking in the store, I was greeted by a sales associate, Ace, and asked what I was in need of. Ace walked me through the store, showed me a similar mattress to the one I saw online and also answered a ton of my questions throughout my time there. I had been sleeping on the same bed for 15 years, decided I needed a new one. Went to the Mattress Firm on Broadway with a friend and thats when I walked into my first ever mattress store. Phil greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for and then ended up being at the store for a few hours trying out every mattress they had. Ended up liking the purple mattress but waited a week to make my purchase. When we came back I was meet with Mick and he ended up helping us with the final purchase. I had an amazing experience at the Mattress Firm because of both Phil and Mikes awesome customer service. They answered all of my questions I had and they were helpful every step of the way with my mattress purchase. I would definitely go back for any future mattress purchase and would highly recommend them in the future.

I went in with a couple of mattresses that I wanted to try out. Kyla was the representative that assisted me. She listened to what my needs were and gave me options based on them. She explained the difference in materials used for the mattresses. She notified me of the sale that was taking place and how much I could save. Once I made my decision she reaffirmed it by going over what I would experience with the mattress. She offered me a cooling cover for additional temperature control, which I also purchased, and also explained the 120 day guarantee. She was both professional and cheerful which made this a very positive experience.

It was a real good experience. Both agents I worked with were very welcoming and able to get me what I needed.

Both Phil and Christopher made the mundane task of buying a mattress enjoyable. They asked the right questions and actually listened to the answers as opposed to just pushing me to their most expensive product. I had a good experience purchasing a mattress to be used in my study (which doubles as a guest room). Good customer service and knowledgeable employees underscored my pleasant shopping experience. I was able to find an affordable option without too much up-selling.

Phil was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out the features of the model we had come in to see but also showing us other options in the higher and lower ranges. We never felt pressured and ended up buying the Purple 3 Hybrid Premier from him. All in all, a really good experience and wood not hesitate to buy from him again.

I went into the Mattress Firm store at 5232 N Broadway on Friday, December 18th, looking for a mattress for my newly purchased wall bed for my guest room. The sales associate named Michael Sepulveda was very helpful. The mattress I was looking for was not on sale but Michael knocked some of the price off for me. That was fantastic! Although the mattress was out of stock at that location, Michael was able to find it at another store for me.
