Very friendly girl working in the shipping department ... all you drivers crying gotta have your tandems up no room to back no room to park gotta have your 5th wheel up you need to get out of the trucking industry if you cant get into this place because this job is not for you backing in is a cake walk .... And yes I have a hood and this place is still easy

Only had 2 pallets to pickup, and got loaded right away. Make sure you have your tandems and fifth wheel all the way forward before you come. I dont think a long hood could get in here, honestly. Count my lucky stars, there was no one else there, and it was still a struggle backing off the busy street. I get that Chicago was built before semis, but locations like this should really just stick to day cab/pup and box trucks, no 53s. There simply isnt enough room

Hours on waiting to get loaded. ... horrible.

I came super earlyAnd they loaded me in no time my appt was at 11am and I checked shipping office 7am They open 8am and he assign me a door 6. That was wonderful to me. They have 7 doors total. God bless them.

Long waitAppointment was for 3 pm, checked in at 2 pm, got door at 4 pm, now 6:30pm and still not loaded.

Fast and clean but you park on the street for overnight parking and use 16th St to face the South bound

Appt required when if you show up on time you have to wait. Only 6 doors and 4 are usually full with their trailers.

This place is so behind times . They are still doing pallet exchange and charging $8 per pal. RO
