A few months ago, I was looking for a single speed bike. So I went for the internet to find dealers near where I lived. Some bikes that I saw were nice looking and the price was also very affordable $$$.But no matter how much I search for the right bike I would find the reviews of customers that had purchase some single speed bikes that I was interested in, and the results where the same every time I search. Not A Happy customer. Plus if you do buy a single speed from the internet or Amazon or from another dealer, the deal was you had to take your bike to certify dealer to put your bike together. That’s cool if you love working on bikes and have the right tools. But if you don’t you have to pay for the bike and pay for the dealer to put your bike together which now becomes more expensive. So, with that said; I found Bike4life and met Sam.I explain what I wanted and how I wanted my single speed. Let me tell you he nailed it. As you can see my single speed is amazing and all this because Sam listens to your specific needs that your are looking for. I when to Kozy and city bikes and other dealers in the Chicago area. But Bike4life was the right move. I just love how Sam is so knowledgeable and understand what is what you need specially when it comes to components. That very important when it comes to bikes, “ COMPONENTS “ thank you Sam I appreciate all that you have done to make my dream bike. 👍🏼🚴🥇😁
Definitely one of the best, if not the best bike shops in the area. Sam is super genuine, knowledgeable, and just all around great guy. Him and the boys in the back do great work, in great time, at a great price.Ive had brake realignment, wheel truing, and bottom bracket cleaning and will definitely be back for any maintenance in the future. I figured all that work would run a pretty penny, but nope! Very modest price to keep my wheels spinning!Truly its a pleasure to stop in. I know my bike is in good hands at Bike 4 Life. Better their hands than mine, otherwise I wouldnt be in so much lol.
Super fast service I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I wanted a single speed and chain. Sam was super friendly and showed me around the shop with some very cool frames and builds. Also thanks to Rob I believe who was the mechanic. Definitely recommend this shop
Great overall experience. I came in without any experience in buying a bike and Sam does a great job in providing you options to meet your riding needs. Extremely happy with the purchase and the quality of the bike. Excited to be on a bike that I can sail in. Thanks Bike4 Life ! If you are looking for style and quality you found it.
Sam was real helpful throughout the whole experience. He made sure I left happy with the bike.
Absolutely loved the service! Sam was so nice and explained everything that needed to be explained. Got my brother his first fixie here. Highly recommend them.
Such an amazing helpful staff. He was very kind and considerate. He made sure I was getting what I needed. He went the extra mile in every way and made sure that I knew how to get the best deal I possibly could, as well as make sure all the warranties were active! Would definitely recommend for all your biking and bike accessories needs!
10/10 Explanations10/10 Customer Service10/10 Product QualityI knew nothing about bikes and learned what I needed from this place. I’ve been coming to them since 2019 to fix up some old bikes and finally bought my own in 2021, couldn’t have picked a better place.
I just purchased this bike from bike4life at about 3:30 today. Sam was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about this bike shop. The bike was incredibly easy to put together and I was out riding about an hour and a half after purchase. The fact that this bike shop is a nonprofit organization made purchasing a bike from them a no-brainer. Their prices are great, their staff is great, but their mission is greater. I plan to do much more business with bike4life in the future.
Do you guys do paintjobs? and how much is it for a mountain bike to get painted
If you want a brand new bike but dont know where to look, start here! Hopefully your search will end right then and there too because thats what happened to me. I never thought to get measured for the right bike size but Sam really took his time to explain everything that should go into purchasing a bike to me, including taking measurements. I also did not feel pressured to buy anything that day but the service was so great, timely, informative, I couldnt help it - so I did! And felt even better to know that all the proceeds go to great causes (:All my questions were answered while I was there. Also, to my surprise, the city bike, and Im assuming the right fit/positioning of it all, has alleviated my knee pain while riding!10/10, highly recommend
I have been to this shop about 2-3 years ago for my sisters bike and it was an amazing experience. This past weekend I went in with an appointment to get my first bike and o couldn’t have been happier! The customer service, the detail in explanation of what you may need vs what you want is amazing and you don’t leave the shop wondering anything because you are well taken care of the minute you get inside! I’m so happy and obsessed with my bike and I know if I need anything down the road or have a question I can go back and get taken care of! I know for sure I’ll be back for another bike later on. Thank you for everything!
I purchased a bike about a month ago and loved it. If you are lucky enough to work with Sam then you are literally all set. They support a great cause and its the kind of shop I like to go out of my way to support. He took the time to explain everything for my sister and me and we both ended up coming out with new bikes.Sam made sure the bikes were custom measured to us. We laughed, learned a little more about bike maintenance, and were met with a welcoming smile throughout. We had a great collective experience and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a bike during COVID-19.
Definitely not following CDC Guidelines - when I went in there to get my bike serviced, no one (including the owner) was wearing a mask. Things went smoothly with me, but while I was waiting he got into an argument on the phone with someone. Really weird and unfriendly environment, wont be going back
I had a great experience here. Going in with not much bike knowledge, Sam was such a great help. Ended up with an awesome bike. Definitely going to him for all my future biking questions. Would recommend.
The only bike shop I’ve frequented since moving to Chicago two years ago. The service and transparency here is unmatched, and you feel good knowing your hard earned money is going towards a noble cause. Sam is always a pleasure to talk to, and you always leave knowing you’ve been taken cared of. I highly suggest this place to any bike rider out there who wants a little more out of their bike shop experience!
Best fixed gear bike shop in Chicago, I went to almost all of them. Sam is so informative and patient. Just got my SECOND bike from here and I doubt Ill ever get another fixed gear from anywhere else. You cant expect the best quality for the lowest prices, its insane. So all those kids bashing their prices dont understand how business works. They just see info on Google and think they know what theyre talking about. If you want the best, you come here. Anywhere else is just wasting your time
OMG!! These guys are the BEST! Walked in and was treated by an amazing sales guy, Sam.He went through everything. Just bought, my dream bike. I am so excited, it’s exactly what I wanted and was all within the price I wanted to pay. They even matched the price on the web, He upgraded the seat and the bars for me. The only problem I had, is that this shop has so many choices. Great shop with a great cause. Customer for life! Sam, if you read this, my offer still stands.
I got my tube changed here, feel like they overcharged me. It cost me almost $30 to get it changed, but I had to bike the rest of the way home so had no choice. The front desk person was rude to me the entire process. 2 days later I had a flat again. I tried to call the shop to see if they could help because I thought something might be stuck in my tire, but they never got back to me. I took it to another bike shop (smart bike parts) where they changed my tube and found a small piece of plastic stuck in my tire. They only charged me $12 for the tube and labor. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.
Great place! Went in for a whole new back wheel and cod ended up with a great deal, end up paying less than expected. Sam has awesome costumer service and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Saw I needed a new chain he recommended it but I didn’t feel pressured into buying it but I thought hey new wheel could go with a new chain instead of my rusted old one. Awesome place definitely Recommend it
Great service. Very friendly staff who make you feel like your business is truly important to them. Theyve earned this customers loyalty!
Hello my cousin went here before and boasted about how great is was but I have a question I’m young and do you guys have bikes under $200?
Very friendly and helpful owner, this is a shop that specializes in made to order single speed trak bikes.
After searching for a bike my size at many different bike shops, I was so glad to find Bikes4Life. With the help of the owner actually taking the time to measure and inform me of my bike needs, I was able to find an amazing bike for my small size. The owner is so friendly and helpful compared to many of the other bike shops I tried to get help from. I definitely recommend this place if you feel like you’ll never find a bike your size or if you’re just looking for a great bike. Awesome bike shop, and a wonderful owner with a beautiful cause!
The people there are really nice and helpful and seem to genuinely care about you and your bike, they work on it until perfection.
Long overdue review. Sam and crew at Bike 4 Life are amazing. I’ve been coming to them for over 4 years now and I can honestly say I’ve never felt overcharged and Sam is always open and honest from the beginning. I’m writing this review from outside as I just picked up my bike from having a tuneup by the best in the business. Sam always has a nice selection of bikes on display that are custom built in shop. If you’re in the neighborhood and looking, you have to try here. I almost failed to mention, when I brought my bike to Sam this time it wasn’t to get a tune up. I was about to purchase a new bike and he talked me out of spending my money....picture that, wow.
Got my first bike there nice guy
Great bike shop. Sam and his team are always up to the task no matter how busy they are!
I recently purchased a bike from Sam at bike4life. Let me preface this by saying that I had never met him, or been in the store, before this purchase. This purchase was made through texts and phone calls only. Even after a problem (which was my fault) I had with the the bike after it was assembled, I cannot tell you how helpful, and accommodating Sam had been with me. I felt like he went out of his way to help me out (at no extra cost). Long story short, I could not be happier with the service, and my purchase. Thanks again Sam.Mike
I have purchased two bikes from Bike4Life (one was stolen last week so I needed a replacement) and both times they have been incredibly helpful and great to work with. I will continue to come here for future bike related things for as long as I live in Chicago and they are operating here.
Just moved right around the area and went there to get my tire fixed. Amazing help from Sam. An extremely friendly and professional man. All of their bikes and gear are awesome as well. Going to be my regular bike shop for sure. I would recommend anyone looking for a bike or in need of repairs to come here.
Sam is great I got my bike build from him. Trust me if you don’t want your bike to break in 5 days pay the $100 and let him build it.
Every other shop in the city let’s you use their pump no questions asked. Don’t understand why just yours doesn’t. Not a good policy. First and last time there. The guy working acted like he’d never seen tubeless tires before. Really not that hard to let someone air up their tires. Takes 5 seconds.
Got my bike same day. Assembled and delivered. The sales process was not pushy at all. I am not a huge biker and they explained what parts to get, what type of bike to get and measured me to help me get the right type of bike. I highly recommend and i will be back for regular service!
Brought in a busted down bike and got it fixed good as new. Kind people and fair prices. Will definitely be doing my bike business here in the future
Sam and the crew are amazing at what they do! They tailor the service specifically to you and make sure you’re happy all around before letting you leave their shop. Couldn’t ask for a better bike shop! My go to from now on!
This place is just phenomenal! Incredible service, awesome bikes, and all going towards a good cause (takes the financial sting out right out of the purchase!) The bike they recommended for me, which I bought on the spot (shes a beaut) has literally changed my life. I may have been riding a bike wrong my entire life before I got this bike from Bikes 4 Life. It is such a great bike, I didnt shut up about it for weeks, which convinced my friend to ALSO buy a bike from bikes 4 life! No sales pressure because no-one is making commission either, just good, wholesome, life changing bikes here at Bikes 4 Life. If you ARE going to buy a bike, why buy anywhere else???
Came in here for my girlfriend as she was looking for a certain bike. That bike is the Golden Cycles Shocker in the white and celeste combo. She got sized for her proper size bike as before she would ride 55 my size. She picked up a size 48 and had bullhorns and a seat cushion added to her combo. Sam was very informative and awesome about his approach and does his best to help you look for what you came in looking for thank you for your service and help on getting her what she was looking for and for also having it in stock.
Second time I’ve got a bike with Sam and I must say he is pretty awesome! Always friendly and gives you the best recommendations when it comes to getting a bike. Will be coming back and sending people here. It’s all for a great cause too! Love this place!
Popped into this place with my lady friend on my way to the 606 for some quick bike accessories. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my questions! He also took the time to explain that Bike4Life had a greater mission then just providing awesome service.Bike4Life operates as a non-profit in which most of the proceeds go to raising awareness for life-threatening diseases such as HIV/AIDS! They also participant in volunteer work in the community with projects like delivering food to the homeless via bike. Everyone who works there does so as a volunteer! The prices were competitive and to top it off you can walk out feeling great about supporting the Bike4Life mission by shopping here! Id highly recommend this place for your cycling needs and Ill definitely be going back. Keep up the good work Bike4Life team!Added note: I see some of the lower ratings complaining about the Bike4Life shipping charges. Look, I used to work for a large shipping company for eights years and I speak from experience when I say shipping heavy/bulky merchandise like a bike is NOT cheap by any means. You have to consider that Bike4Life sell there product on consignment and are likely held responsible for any shipping costs for bike orders they dont have in the store. This place operates as a non-profit. How can you honesty expect a small store like Bike4Life to cover shipping costs for you? Big online retailers can afford to do this because there shipping rates are discounted due to the large volumes they put out. If cant afford the shipping costs then quit being a bitter cheap ass by taking it out on a small shop with on star reviews.
Helped me and my friend pick out a new throne frame set really good service and makes sure you get everything the way it should be and offers real good deals !
He’s a really nice guy, he goes In detail on what thoe of bike would be good for you. The shop itself is really organized. I wouldn’t have asked for a better shop🤝
It was great and so glad i found Bike 4 Life On the internet The Guy that helped me out who i believe is the own, Sam was very kind and patient to listen for your questions. Sam also helped you as much as he can it was great service Must say it is a good place to go to whenever you need a bike or your bike repaired
Sam talks too much that you lose the fact that you’re getting ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to shop. I asked for a refund of a down payment I made on a bike that was not built and Sam told me I was forced to pay the balance or lose my deposit. This place well can’t say the place but Sam is a scam artist. Don’t go waste your hard earned money here.
If you need air in your tires, I do not recommend coming here. They charge you $2 per tire. Go to smart bike parts, they dont charge you a penny and they also let you use some chain lube and tools for free..
From finding B4L to walking in to walking out with my first road bike, this was the easiest and least stressful experience I could have imagined. Sam made me feel very comfortable and not pressured into buying anything. Much respect to what B4L stands for and the awesome work theyre doing in the community and beyond!
Sam is amazing, welcoming and incredibly informative, after walking into the the shop with no clue, I walked out with an amazing bike and couldnt be happier. Sam took the time to get the proper measurements and make sure I had the right bike with the perfect fit for a smooth and comfortable ride. Not only are you giving back and supporting a great cause, but youre leaving with a great product and awesome customer service. I highly recommend!
I highly recommend this shop, probably one of the best shops in Chicago. As soon as I went inside Sam asked what I was looking for and he was very energetic which I liked, he helped me find the bike that I wanted and was honest with everything that I asked, the next day that I went to pick up my bike he surprised me with free drop bars just think about that. THANK YOU SAM!!!
Bogus place to buy a bike. Walked in, saw what I liked, was told by the man who owns the shop that they will need to order me that same model because they cant sell the display models. I waited for them to call me back and that same man told me that I would need to pay for assembly of the bike, otherwise, the bike would not be eligible for the 1 year warranty. Within that year, a car hit me and damaged the bike. I took it in, they had it for a couple weeks and then the man told me that the frame was bent and there was nothing they could do. Later I realized that they never sent my bike into the manufacture, they tried to fix the bike on their own time and manually tried to realign my forks. I also found out that they sold me the display model and charged me an assembly fee. This place is a joke and anyone who took the time to write a good review was obviously paid or is family or friend. The only thing this place is good for: finding your size and model of bike. Do not waste your money, buy straight from the manufacturer!!!!!!!
Sam has been nothing but helpful in getting my bike back on the road after a little handlebar mishap. Hes extremely thorough and transparent with his pricing breakdowns and how everything works. Couldnt ask for a better experience with this shop, will be swinging this way for all of my bike needs moving forward.
I had the greatest experience ever, the best customer service with SAM, and very knowledgeable. He is the best. I will definetely come back again and bring my posse with me. Cheers!!
I want yesterday to buy my new prime bike. I had so many options no pressure on me to buy the best bike, he built my bike the same day. Sam took his time to make sure my bike was the best shape to leave the store. This is the best bike store I have ever want to.
Sam is an AMAZING human being. You can really see his passion for helping others and making the community a better place. If this isnt your usual bike shop, make it that. You wont regret stopping in.
Just picked 2 bikes that I dropped off Saturday for tuneups. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Sam was very friendly and helpful. Plus, the shop is a nonprofit. 100% of the proceeds goes to HIV/AIDS and diabetes/obesity awareness. So happy to have these guys in my neighborhood doing good work and happy to support a good cause. Thanks Bike4Life!
15/10 great help, very friendly. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike/ bike parts. They will help you out if youre new to biking or have little knowledge about bikes. Prices are good. Overall a great bike shop
Bike 4 Life is a friendly neighborhood bike shop with a small twist than your average bike shop, which is they give back to the community. They are a non-for-profit shop so 100% net proceed money goes to researchers and help fund local community events. Went there to browse for a few items and their prices are some of the best! Recently just bought my girlfriend a Fuji feather and it runs great and the director it always willing to help me out with any situation. This is the only bike shop I go to because everything about it is amazing! You are greeted nicely, they tell you all the information before you hand your hard working money.
I read the reviews before I chose to buy my bike here. The overpriced reviews worried me but I gave it a shot anyways. I am so glad I did because its not overpriced, and their products are beautiful. Sam was extremely helpful and clearly knows what hes talking about. I love my bike. I recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
Not the best place to go to buy a bike, You get ripped off. They be taxing as well smh
DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! theyre crooks. They over charge for EVERYTHING! I have personally experienced coming here and noticing that their prices are outrageous and when I did a comparison to other bike shops their prices were significantly lower everywhere else. I wouldnt be surprised if bike4 life charges for air. I went there to fix a flat and they quoted me 17 dollars, I was desperate, so I agreed but then when I went to pay suddenly the total was up to 21 because they forgot to tell me that paying with a debit card there would be additional fees, I wish they would have told me. I purchased a bike recently online for about $200 dollars, bike 4 life quoted me $405 for the same exact bike which includes professional assembly....Really $200 extra for assembly??? You are better off with an online store: citygrounds or the bike lane which is located on Milwaukee and Rockwell and their customer service is great! After purchasing my bike online, I went to bike 4 life to see the costs of rims and since they saw that I didnt purchase my bike from them, they had nothing but negative comments to say about my bike. They told me how badly assembled my bike was, but of course in order for them to make the adjustments needed there would be an outrageous price tag for the service, since they are SO PROFESSIONAL and all. Bike Lane, on the other hand, offered to make the adjustments to my bike completely free of charge without me even asking them to do so....I know where I will be taking my business in the future.
The first time I walked into Bike4Life was with a mountain bike and it was in bad shape they help me not only fix and repair my bike but told me what to do to keep it in good condition. I go from time to time and each time I go I feel like Im walking into a second house. The customer service is great and the deals are good. I got to other bike shops but none can compare to Bike4Life, hands down I dont think Ill ever stop shopping here. Really appreciate what Sam and his crew do to help the community and help with bikes.
Just got back from B4L and had a great experience. Needed some things to get me set up to commute. and was guided to what I needed by Sam. Very helpful and even steered me away from spending money on items that I could fix other ways. More concerned about the customer than the sale. W.ill definitely be my go to bike shop.
My girlfriend and I purchased two bikes from Sam about a month ago. I know absolutely nothing about bikes, so I was expecting to encounter a bit of elitism or at least aggressive salesmanship, but Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgable, eager to share information, and genuinely warm and friendly.I went in after popping a tire, had a nice chat with Sam while a mechanic fixed me up in the back, I was out the door in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, awesome bikes, fair prices, highly recommended!
I have had a great experience with this shop and specifically Sam, he has been super helpful and informative. This is a non profit bike shop and they are doing wonderful things for the community. I am happy to support them!
Came in looking for a fixed gear. Sam was energetic & honest about the bikes & products he sales. Will definitely come back and shop again
The crew here is amazing. They didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need which ironically lead me to buy more things. I will be back soon to get more gear to try my best to support everything they do.
Great place to buy your dream bike sam is a great person who helps you out to find the perfect bike ... i bought a bike here and im about to buy another one such a great place
This place is awesome. Sam is very knowledgeable and cool guy. Help me design and choose the best bike for me. Im very satisfied with my bike and the price.....Recommended to anybody, thumbs up...keep up the good work.
Great place. Very friendly people. They value you as a customer and make sure you get whatever it is that you desire for the bike that you want
Great store and even better people. Got my first fixie here and I can see myself going again. Amazing way to help a great cause. Mike is a great guy.
An amazing shoo, They help you with what you need and they try their best to help you with whatever is needed as fast as possible and makes sure if everything is right. Amazing
I rock with this spot. Fairly priced, great service, and friendly people. When it comes to customizing- if you can imagine it, Sam can help you achieve it. Definitely recommend.
This place is great. they have many selections of parts for your bike, the prices are great, and most importantly, the customer service is top notch. id recommend this shop to anybody who needs to fix their bikes or is looking to buy a bike.
I have heard many great things about this bike shop and I am looking forward to coming here within the week but may I ask, do you guys carry or sell prebuilt fixies/single speed bikes under $280. Thank you!
The staff is amazing! Super helpful, they really want to give you want you want. Nothing more, nothing less. They really take the time to get to know you#BIKE4life
I was recently very upset with a purchase and lack of follow through and subsequent service from my online purchase, but Sam at the bike shop worked with me and helped resolve my issue. I came to learn that the many of the store employees keep primary jobs and all the profits are donated to legit services. I am overall very happy with my purchase after a the few hiccups because they allowed me to participate in a decent cause and get a bike at a price and time I am pleased with. Knowing that I am comfortable editing my previous rating of 1 to 5 or higher...
Sam is a really welcoming being who is willing to help in whatever way he possibly can. The service is just the best!
Good shop to come by get all answer and sam helps you get you going riding good
The first time I came in, I just needed my wheels put on. The owner gave me the whole shpiel about the nonprofit work, which felt forced but I was like hey, he cares about what he does. For whatever reason, they kept my front tire deflated so I could walk my bike home. Okay, not a big deal. Then I notice when I get home that my back wheel wasnt even in the fork all the way, the exact thing I paid for, and an error that puts me at risk. The next time I came in, I made it clear what my budget needs were for gear and that felt pretty ignored for the owner recommendation vs what I wanted. He was thorough, but it felt like I wasnt being listened to. I felt pressured to spend more money than I planned. The product was great, service was subpar, but I had some pretty uncomfortable experiences all in all. Based on other reviews (and his responses to them, which are extremely passive aggressive), I will likely go elsewhere in the future.
Bought a couple of bikes from this shop. Customer for several years. Just got a new one my third so happy they are the best shop in Chicago. Check them out folks.
Great service, small shop with a lot of options and I was sold what I wanted, not upselled to something more expensive, also when I bring it in for air (very convenient due to location) the guy in the back will tune up a small issue I didnt notice, no charge. They do appreciate donations and after a couple more adjustments Id be more than happy to oblige...I do however take advantage of the fact I bought my bike from them and appreciate some complimentary tuning or air for a couple months. Plus theyre non profit for a good cause. Thanks B4L.
Got a cool bike and Im supporting good causes so plus on everything and they were really nice and helpful.
Amazing service! Got exactly what I was looking for without spending hours in a bike shop! Love this place and love the cause!
Good service and good quality parts and bikes
They were so helpful! from the moment we walked in from start to finish they walk us through the process of getting the best bikes possible for our sons...thanks guys was amazing
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great customer service and goes to a great cause!!!
Great Service!! Love my bike. Highly recommend you to this store
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very reasonable. Would suggest to anyone.
Really helped was really detailed. Told me what his opinions were for me, and he helped me find the perfect bike.
Service was amazing and no pressure to buy anything at all
Wonderful support, staff and all for a great cause! Oh and they have great bikes too!
Awesome bike shop, Sam is a great guy he is really informative. Highly recommended.
Cool guys they had my bike ready 1 day ahead of time
They did a really nice work on setting up my chainring and my wheels . great work
Wont be coming back thats for sure.Sure sam will try to give you a good impression but thats all just a part of the act for him trying to open up your wallet.I mean, just look at how he answers the less than 5 star reviews here on google in such an arrogant condescending was as if he knows everything, lists things out, calls out the customer for idiotic things. Once you get the hang of what he does its all just a ploy.I had called one day during the summer and asked if they had a bike in stock which he said yes they had it in stock and in the box (exactly how i wanted it) and he said he would charge me for the bike and the shipping of the bike.......but the bike is already at the shop! Yeah but the bike had to get shipped to my shop right? so i have to charge you for shippingI am pretty close to sure that when you freight pallets in they charge you for the entire pallet once. and not per item that is on that. so hes actually making some pretty hefty profit charging shipping on every single bike that gets shipped into the shop for customers. THINK about that.I have multiple friends that have told me to steer clear of the shop because of Sam. but i wanted to give it a try because i felt that id have a better experience. But nope. Went to Bike Lane and bought a different bike that i wanted and was charged the bike and tax. thats it. no bs.oh. and the use of their air pump was free....unlike here...
From the first time I walked in to the shop I was always given exactly what i needed to complete one of my personal builds. I also really like that if you dont know how to do something and you want to DIY they will direct you in the right direction as to what you will need to complete the task at hand. For me iits always been an instructive day when i walk into the shop because i walk out knowing something new no matter how small it is. I have and will continue to go in for all of my bike needs.
This store is the best the environment is good they know how to explain everything and always offer the best bike thanks
