Absolute world class. I feel like I just took bowling 101 & 102. Bob was methodical, asked great questions, literally gave me a private lesson in the shop and made sure I was fully equipped with the right tools and know-how to be a solid beginner bowler. 3 months ago I was lucky to score a 100 once in 3 games. Now I’m knocking at the door of 200 consistently. Don’t get a cheap ball online and just come in for the drilling. Get it all done here and you will not be sorry!

Brian is great. Does a great job explaining in detail what you are getting. Everything is done the same day. Pretty quick process and he really knows his stuff. Definitely going to be my go to shop if I need anything for bowling.

Bought my ball from here and had it drilled out as well. Brian was a very knowledgeable person and i enjoyed sitting and talking with him. Would highly recommend his services. He knows whats up.

Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, and insightful. Brian takes his time to understand his customers needs and understand their bowling experience and style. He listens to his customer and does not try to oversell them on anything more than what they want.I went on a Saturday morning and it took some time as he does good work and is careful with each customer! If you plan on going on a Saturday it might be best to call ahead or simply be patient and expect a wait. I personally prefer how he is very careful and interactive with his customers instead of breezing through one customer so he can get to another.I would recommend Brian to anyone regardless of bowling experience and will definitely be coming back!

The owner, Brian Simmons, helped us out immensely. Tries to match your needs to the right product instead of over selling. Inquisitive about your bowling style and skill level and will give advice for improvement. I bought two pairs of shoes, a ball, and a bag from here. All reasonably priced.

Hands down the best Pro shop I have ever been to in Chicago. Mr Simmons is very professional, technical and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand how you play the game first, rather than push gear on you. I had my ball re-drilled for finger tip grip, and was able to gain some great advice to improve my game as well. Prices are affordable, but more importantly you know you are making an informed decision every step of the way that will make you a better bowler.

Best everything. Best prices and best service. Even if you’re looking for a ball online his prices are better and has anything you can want. The best part is you can get an experts opinion on what to get based off your needs whether you’re a beginner or experienced. I would not recommend buying a ball then getting it drilled. Have him find the right ball and his prices are as competitive as they get plus you’ll be getting exactly what you need and same day service.

I went to see Brian Simmons about 6 years ago I got a green ball and a bag. I might go back and get a brand new ball bag and some shoes

Great shop if youre looking for bowling equipment with very good prices. The owner is very knowledgeable and obviously knows what hes doing when fitting you for a ball. He doesnt try to up-sell you to a more expensive ball than you need, and runs some great specials for people who are just starting out. Could not recommend this place enough!

Brian took time to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a ball. Being a beginner to the hook he helped explain what each ball would do and how they work. I really appreciated it and I was impressed at his attentiveness while having quite of few people to get to.
