Ive been getting my nail done for sometime around the city and Bacis is by far my favorite place to go. The service and environment is so wonderful, everyone is so nice. Ive been going to Rosie, and she is AMAZING - takes her time doing my nails and I am never disappointed. If you want your nails done go to Rosie!Also - I used to only get acrylics (my nails would never grow), and since Ive been going here my natural nails are the longest they have ever been. Ive gotten gel and dip powder here, always turns out better then expected.

Hands down, the BEST manicure Ive ever gotten anywhere in the Wicker Park/West Town area. Go see Griselda. Shes amazing! And actually for the price, shes 1000% the best manicure on the north side of Chicago. Its a great way to get out for a few hours and all covid measures are strictly enforced. The nail room is also totally separate from the hair salon to no worries about not being able to social distance. If youre up this way, shes a manicure thats not to be missed! #customerforlife

They are excellent with customer service. Although I arrived early for my phoned in reservation, they still got me in and taken care of so well. I hadnt been to a barber shop since maybe January. Going to Baci was a nice experience to have as some businesses reopen.

One of the fastest hair cutting experiences Ive had. The staff is very welcoming and know what theyre doing. The line can seem very long but they breeze through people incredibly fast. Prices are also phenomenal. For a guys cut, it was $10, Ive never had one that cheap before. Would recommend.

Went in around 1115 today. Got taken right away. Hair washed cut blow dry all for 15.00! Looks & feels great! I will be back as will my grands!

$12 women’s haircut. WHAT?!? No frills. Just a haircut. No wash (but they would have if I asked for extra $5). No styling afterwards either. Just a straight up haircut!!! Totally worth it. She cut it exactly as I had asked and even some more when I wasn’t initially fully satisfied. Definitely coming back again!

Update 02/2018Still coming here after all this time. They continue to be down to earth relatable and incredibly patient with kids regardless of who you sit with. You get exactly what you pay for! Which is not a whole lot. The guy cutting my hair seemed more focused the thing happening with his hand than cutting all of my hair. Didnt even touch my beard. Go down the street pay 10 bucks more an get a way better experiance. Only reason I went here is cause I needed it today an my guy is outta town. Will not return.

This is without a doubt an excellent hair salon for both men and women with reasonable prices! I have gone here now for over 4 years and have never been disappointed in any of their services. I had been paying a fortune for hair color and waxing and I pay less than 50% of what I used to pay. I dont need an ultra attitude salon. Horrible place, with horrible service. My appointment was at 4 pm. First girl who was trying to take me said she cant cut my hair, i think she is a beginner. I wait for almost 20 minutes. Second lady took me right after previous customer. Hair was all around. Tools were not cleaned. She finished cutting my hair in about 15-20 minutes. Didnt washed my hair, and when i asked to blow dry, she said its going to be for additional 15$. When i was paying anodher lady ask how much tip i wanted to leave, and when i said 20% she said 4 dollars, maybe you will leave 5?When i came home, my hair got dried. Looked really bad, and not even. My biracial daughter who already felt insecure for having to cut her hair short due to lice was asked by the barber if she was a boy or a girl. He then asked her to comb her own hair out because he felt he would hurt her if he combed her hair. Why would you have s client do there own hair and not at all speak to the mother if you are dealing with a minor?My daughter was in tears and will probably remember that degenerate imbecile for the rest of her life. If you learn how to do hair you should no how to do all hair types.

Also it is a bit crowded most of times. So make your time time free while you are there coz you dont know when you are going to come out. You dont get to experience the best service and you shouldnt. I went there yesterday, the barber was rude, unpolite and he asked me how did i wanted i started to explain and he just asked how short do u want ti, i was about to tell him the style and give him the details and he interrupted by saying 1inch half inch 2 inches, i reply and he started cutting without any stetic sense he was just like a machin cutting my hair......... he finished and my hair looked horrible if you wanna be cheap excpect cheap rude and nasty people here, i just felt like they think they were doing me a favor but DUDE! Im paying for it!!!!If you want a typical military like style or just have your hair shaved this is the place otherwise expect the worse (just talking about the guy that did my hair the rest of the staff i cant comment on them)the one that did cut my hair is like a 55-60 yo european male, the only way I could get back is if somebody else would cut it otherwise..not in amillion years!BTW Im letting my friends know how bad they must avoid this place, and of course they are also telling their friends and so on......RUDE BARBER AND HORRIBLE RESULTS!!!!!
