The ladies at Mira Couture helped me every step of the way, from choosing my dream dress, to ensuring it fit me like a glove. Addie and Julie were available to answer all my questions and helped me feel at ease about the process (which is actually more complex than I expected). Thanks to them, my wedding day was especially beautiful. I’ll miss visiting the gorgeous showroom in downtown Chicago- it’s such a lovely, uplifting place.

I worked with Vivian at Mira Couture, and she was an absolute angel from day 1! From the first day I came in to try on dresses, to every fitting, to holding my dress without question when COVID forced a 5 month postponement, to the last day when I picked up my masterpiece...Vivian was there every step of the way. I felt so taken care of throughout the entire process! Not only does Mira Couture provide incredible customer service, but their alterations are impeccable (mine were done by Christina), their selection is enormous (I went with Martina Liana), and their showroom is like walking into a dream. 5 out of 5 stars - I would definitely recommend Mira Couture 100 times over!

I came with my sister and had such an amazing experience with Kristina! She made us feel so incredibly special from the moment we walked in, helped us tremendously, and went above and beyond to make my sister the happiest bride in the world! Every representative there is so kind, helpful and makes you feel like family. They work so hard and even if you stay a little bit longer than your designated appointment, still try to attend to you with so much patience. What a dream experience at Mira Couture! My mother and I are from out of town, and were shopping for a Mother of the Bride gown for my upcoming wedding. Despite running a little late to the appointment, we could not have felt more welcomed. Julie, our consultant, was incredibly delightful to work with and very knowledgeable regarding the possibilities with alterations. We have not yet made a determination on the gown as it is early in our process, but I would not hesitate to recommend Mira Couture to anyone in the Chicago area looking for evening gowns. The ambiance of the salon, beauty of the gowns, and friendly sales team make it a MUST!

I’m so glad you can see Mira Couture’s response to my other review. They ordered my dress too small and instead of taking accountability for their mistake they are blaming me to gaining weight (which I didn’t, my measurements are way smaller). I also got a second dress from them which they altered too big, so how can a bride be bigger and smaller than originally ordered at the same time?! you can tell that something is weird. They also wouldn’t show me the documents with my original measurements and have been acting really shady. I writing this review to save other brides from making the mistake of choosing Mira Couture for their special day.

Mira Couture was one of the highlights of the entire wedding planning process! I had 5 appointments on my schedule but after one visit and less than an hour, I had found my gown and cancelled all other appointments! Khrystyna Kardash was my consultant and she was amazing- she felt like family from our first meeting. I had no idea what kind of gown I wanted but she put me in a little bit of everything based on her own taste and it was like magic. She was so kind and supportive. Alterations were amazing too! I was going through many weight fluctuations and they were able to make my gown work despite it all! Everything looked PERFECT and all of my guests and vendors say it is the most beautiful gown they have ever seen. THANK YOU MIRA COUTURE!

At my initial appointment with Mira Couture, I felt beyond excited and loved the way I was treated. They took my measurements, and I ordered my wedding gown there. I called multiple times to confirm when my gown would arrive and they assured me when it would be in & that they would have more than enough time fitting, designing, and making some customizations/add ons that I wanted.Months later when I went in for my first fitting (2 months before my wedding), it was an experience that was absolutely not how any bride should feel.They were extremely busy & just wanted me out...I mean, now that I’ve said yes to my dress...they’ve already sold me, so who cares about taking your time with the bride now?! I was told that with my custom designs, I would have to come back 2 more times to assure that it was now I wanted. They knew I was from out of town & never once said that when we discussed this in the past. Rather is was always “don’t worry hunny, we will get it done once your dress comes in and we do your first fitting”. I understand that custom designs take some time but the entire approach and way that it was communicated just shocked me.Anyways, there was a bride that was next to me at her fitting for her dress too & she was crying telling me to take my dress home to a seamstress near me rather than keeping it with them. Her & her mother emphasized that she’d wished more than anything that she would have. (Of course I took my dress and left).Bottom line, they got my sale and could care less after. Not even a “congratulations!” or a champagne toast (which other brides in the place received).I must say that the staff is sweet and respectful, but it just wasn’t a great experience overall. Not what you expect for a bridal fitting!

After trying on dresses at 2 other stores I didnt have the this is one feeling. Mira Couture was the 3rd bridal salon I went to based on a recommendation from a friend. Courtney worked with me and was absolutely AMAZING. Her warm, friendly demeanor is what was missing from the other places I went to. After all... trying on wedding dresses is supposed to be fun, right?I loved most of the dresses I tried on, but there were a couple that really stood out. I ended up having them reach out to the designer to see if they could make a custom dress for me using the top of one dress style & the bottom of another. Once I found out it was possible, I knew I had found THE ONE. The price point was also affordable and didnt break the bank (especially for a custom gown). The alterations were perfect and clean.The day of the wedding I felt like a MILLION bucks and the dress fit me like a glove. It was comfortable and I was able to dance the whole night away. I could even easily go to the restroom in it which is difficult to say for most fit & flare styles.I wish I could say I would be a repeat customer, but hopefully it wont be for another wedding dress :) Would recommend Mira Couture time & time again. Amazing job, loved the entire experience!

Addie was an angel - she was so kind, honest, patient and receptive to my style preferences. This was the best (and most fun!) bridal experience I had, out of the 7 salons I went to in Chicago. And I found my absolute dream dress! They have a wide variety of styles and are so accommodating to your preferences and budget. I went back 3 times to retry my dress to be completely sure...and not once did I ever feel pressured. Make an appointment, ideally with Addie!

I was so lucky to find Mira Couture... I was sad thinking I wasnt going to get married in the dress of my dreams. I had purchased another dress from another bridal shop and several months later, I realized that was not the dress that I thought I would get married in. My wedding was in June 2018 and I had this change of heart in December!! I was losing hope but when I met Khrystyna at Mira, she did EVERYTHING possible for me to have the dress that I always dreamed of and more! It was scary to think that I only had a few months before my wedding but my dress came on time, was perfect (and they made sure all the details I wanted were there). On my last fitting I never felt so emotional. I definitely had a great consultant and she really made me feel so damn special!! I cant thank her enough for making each visit amazing and for putting together the dress of my dreams and the dress that was definitely made specially for me...

I have been working with Khrystyna and she is absolutely WONDERFUL! I had been to so many stores prior to coming to Mira Couture and I cannot recommend them more! Not only do I feel like they care for me as a person, but their space is beautiful, clean, and their dresses are well cared for. Mira Couture was the first place I went to for wedding dresses. Courtney was amazing and picked out the first dress I tried on, this dress ended up being the one I chose for my wedding. They encouraged me to continue to look, to make sure I was positive with my choice. I went to a few other bridal shops, but nothing compared! I absolutely love Mira Couture and tell everyone to go there! Having already worked with them for my wedding planning clients, I made an appointment to try on gowns when I got engaged. Even though I already knew how great Mira Couture was, Juliea, Khrystyna and everyone else there blew me away! When it came to choosing the gown itself, I immediately fell in love with one by Neta Dover. From there, the team spent so much time with me to customize and make alterations, always fitting me in and making sure the details were exactly right. I never felt rushed and was always so excited to go in and spend time with these wonderful ladies. Not only is Mira Coutures customer service unbeatable, they are remarkably talented designers! My gown was off the rack but many of my clients have worked with them for fully custom gowns and they never disappoint. Do yourself a favor and shop here for any special occasion!

I found my dream dress at Mira! Before choosing my dress, I had been to several other salons in Chicago and Mira is by far the best. The dresses are beautiful and unique. Make sure to ask for Addie - her energy is contagious and she’s genuinely invested in making sure the brides she works with are happy.

I went to 5 bridal shops before I came to Mira Couture, and I am so glad I found them! I worked with Addie, who was fantastic and made me feel like a model in every dress I tried on. I especially liked that they let me and my sisters look through the dress racks. A lot of the stores I went to did not allow this. I ended up getting a dress that was totally different that what I thought I wanted. I would have never even tried that dress on, if I wasnt able to look through the dresses. To all the brides out there, save yourself the time and come to Mira Couture first! You wont regret it!

My sister, mom, and I travelled to Chicago this week to find my sister’s dress and, for whatever reason, Mira Couture wasn’t originally on our list. Having had two less than stellar appointments earlier in the day, I quickly searched for nearby bridal shops with strong reviews and Mira’s popped up. I’m so thankful it did!Though we didn’t have an appointment, the receptionist wasted no time in inviting us up anyway. The sales ladies were so kind, extremely helpful, and there was zero pressure to commit to anything on the spot.The selection of dresses was by far the best we saw all day...even a good variety of long sleeve dresses which my sister was searching for specifically.Overall, we had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Mira’s to friends!

Im updating my review because since my initial note, my dress was purchased, held in the warehouse for an extra year during covid, and then tailored to perfection. Addie was lovely to work with every step of the way. During the alterations, she was on top of every detail and I felt like she was truly invested in making sure the dress was flawless. I cant recommend this place enough. Every person Ive worked with here has been friendly and helpful. They made the entire dress purchase process easy, and the final product looked bomb on the wedding day!December 2017: I went here in search of my wedding dress and had the best experience. First off, their website is up to date and shows the dresses available to try on, so I had an opportunity to shop ahead of time. The atmosphere is warm and beautiful. Addie is wonderful to work with - she gave honest opinions about each dress I tried on and did a great job selecting dresses based on my feedback. Theres nothing worse than a consultant who tries to sell you on a dress or pressures you to custom-order. Luckily, Addie was helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. I had the most horrible experience with Mira Couture and Mira Couture alterations. I ordered my wedding dress in December 2017. My wedding was June 2018. I ended picking up the dress the day before my wedding, In tears because they messed up my dress. I went every Saturday since May and every week was a different excuse and a different promise. I was also never measured by the Same person. The sales girl apologized and told me they had gone through changes in staff.The dress was extremely tight on my back, no support and lose everywhere else. All I wanted was a wedding dress that fit to my body, looked tasteful and had support. I sent emails to them with pictures to try to correct it before my wedding date. They NEVER responded to my emails but would call me and made promises that I wish I would’ve gotten in writing. My wedding dress looked horrible and instead of switching out my dress or fixing it properly they tried convincing me that it was fine.. they hugged me and told me “ these things happen” they told me I had to chose between support on the front or very distasteful spillage on my back,, imagine hearing this two days before your wedding. They should have led with this before I purchased my dress and convinced me to leave it there for alterations because they guarantee their work.I had to borrow a white dress from a friend since the wedding dress I purchased from Mira Couture fell apart. They ruined my wedding. I cried for two days, had the worst bags under my eyes but it was too late to find another wedding dress somewhere else. I went to so many places and they were in disbelief that Mira Couture did such a horrible job and didn’t care enough to fix it.They also over charged me for the veil, it wasn’t even the veil I chose on the receipt, However after showing them proof I gathered from on line, pictures, ect they did end up exchanging the veil. Their excuse was the tags got mixed up. So at least they owned up and fixed that part.I wish I had the same great experience these other brides had but it is what it is. Just make sure you get everything in writing and not just verbal promises.

Mira Couture is fantastic!! Like most ladies I was having a hard time finding the perfect dress off the rack at stores I had visited. But when I went to Mira Couture they helped me find a dress that worked for me and my budget! Julie helped me tremendously!! Her knowledge of what works and what would look best on me was excellent! She was able to take a designer dress we found in the store and customize it for me! The original dress had beading under the bust line that I did not like, Julie suggested that we order the dress without the beading and they would add in a beaded belt lower on the waist line (to which she gave me suggestions of belts to add). They also customized how my mermaid style dress cinched around my legs, I could make it as tight or as loose as I wanted. She also was able to help me out with the neckline, the original cut was pretty low and didnt work for my bust. However, Julie suggested we order a higher neckline, I didnt even realize you could do that! We also added additional beading to the bottom of the dress, that matched the same pattern as the beading around the waist. Julie was able to make a beautiful dress and make it work for me! She was there to help me with what veil looked the best and also assist in what type of jewelry would work as well! My dress came in ON time and my ONE fitting was easy (yes one fitting, they are that good).I felt like a million dollars on my wedding day and I could not have been happier with my dress and experience from Mira Couture (and Julie!).I highly suggest you check them out, they will go to great lengths to help make a dress perfect for YOU, like they did for me.

Mira Couture provides exactly the kind of experience you want when shopping for a designer or custom wedding gown. Their staff are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, intuitive and patient - especially my consultant, Courtney. I came in 3 different times to try on and retry a few gowns. The first time I came to the store, I was struck by the quality of their selection. Since Mira makes custom wedding gowns, shes knowledgable about fabric and construction quality, and the stores selection of designer gowns reflect her decades of experience. The fabrics and cuts of the dresses are spot on. You wont pay a ton of money for an overpriced dress here. In fact, I went to several other high-end bridal stores in Chicago that carried pricier but overall lower quality dresses. With a Mira dress, you know youre going to look amazing without breaking the bank. While I considered a custom gown (Miras designs are so flattering and look beautiful both in person and in pictures), I ended up finding a designer dress that was perfect for me. Im so happy that Mira Couture will always be a part of my wedding and would recommend it to everyone!

Mira was amazing. Not only did my cousin and I walk in without an appointment, but she left with a wedding dress. My cousin saw one dress that she wanted to try on and even though the consultants insisted that she could not try on the dress since they were booked, Mira welcomed us into her personal office and allowed my cousin to try the dress. Not only did my cousin find her dress to be on sale, but Mira marked down the price of the veil as well.The boutique is classy and immaculate. The dresses were in pristine condition. Mira is a fantastic business woman who clearly believes that it is better to accommodate a client than turn someone away because of the rules. I doubt anyone will find someone as attentive and knowledgeable as Mira. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Miras kindness and were happy to give her our business.

I bought my wedding dress from here and it has been an absolutely magical experience. I really wanted a sleek and simple ballgown with sleeves. My bridal consultant Khrystyna found the perfect dress and I was told that they could make sleeves for me. The alteration experience has been nice as well. Always kind and willing to hear my wishes. When I was struggling with which belt to choose I emailed Khrystyna and she gave me wonderful advice on which to buy. It went beautifully with the dress! I had been dreaming of picking out my own wedding dress since I was a little girl and I really wanted the dress to be special. Mira Couture did that for me - they made my little girl dreams come true. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our experience was at Mira Couture. My daughter had a fear that she would not be able to find the perfect dress. At MC, with the wonderful assistance of Julie, she not only found one but four perfect dresses. With Julie as her coach, she went with her heart and figured out which one to choose. The selection was by far the best we have seen and the setting made the experience intimate and personal. The whole experience was far beyond our expectations.

Alright, alright... This was everything that Id hoped for (no joke!). Yes, okay, she totally got me to spend double my budget (no exaggeration)... And yeah, okay, she filled my head with compliments that I totally fell victim to (and loved every minute of it!)... But! This is a memory I will never ever forget! Hands down these ladies really know what theyre talking about. You get what you pay for - so be expecting the highest quality fabrics, laces, beading, buttons (and expect to pay for it, too). Addie was an absolute doll and I never felt subconscious in front of her as she got me in and out of dresses. I totally have serious body image issues and she was this cute little adorable figure, but she made the appointment all about me and made me feel like I was beautiful in everything I tried on. She also knew right away when something wasnt gonna work for me. She ended up pulling two dresses that I never wouldve chosen for myself, and both were tough to choose between. Ive left without buying either, but called about 30 mins later to purchase the dress that I loved. Ill be flying back to Chicago to get alterations done. Thanks, Mira!!

Terrible experience, went with my friend to see the dresses, we showed up without appt but we were available to see them.Since the first time we walked in we felt weird... the girl from reception looked us strange and the employees were not helpful at all. We felt judged because our appearance, we came from work event and we forgot to put on our “Prada clothes” to going to see dresses. Honestly the way we felt was like you don’t belong here, the guy was rude and not polite, seeing how they were treating the people around like they were on a red carpet. Sorry !! We forgot bring our Channel jacket to be properly attended. Can’t believe these kind of things still exist. Well, sorry, you just lost a potential client because of the way you judge people for their appearance. So ladies, make sure to bring your Louis Vuitton to this store if you want good treatment. Never coming back.

I said yes to my dress at Mira. I booked my appointment about 2 months in advance and read a few reviews that the store was hard to find. To clarify, it is on the mezzanine level. If you are standing at Starbucks the entrance is past the cupcake place and the dog store and down a hallway to an elevator.We went the afternoon before just to find it and met our consultant, Khrystyna. She was instantly very welcoming and made us feel right at home as did the other girls in the shop. They even let us look around and answered our questions.We arrived the next morning and she already was picking out the dresses we told her that we loved yesterday and let us look around more. Graciously adding multiple dresses to my collection in the fitting room. A few people from my party where running a little late due to traffic so we decided to start with a dress that wasnt my favorite but I wanted to try! khrystyna was very easy to talk to and was a great helper in the fitting room especially for my first time trying on dresses. She made me feel very comfortable. Needles to say I fell in love with the first one I tried. Mira was even in the store and chatted with us for a moment.I had two more appointments and being this was my first I didnt want to cancel them because I didnt know what else might be out there. We attended the other appointments and found a dress that was a completely different style that we liked but didnt have the same reaction as the first at Mira.I decided to call Mira couture and see if they could get me in quick the following day to try on the dress once more before I left town. They got me in within the hour that I called with Khrystyna my original consultant. She again greeted me with a big smile and hug and pulled the dress once I said I had to try it once more. We got right into the fitting room and slipped right into it. I only had the mother of the groom with me this time and walked out just as excited as the first time I had it on. An emotion that I didnt have with any other dress.Need less to say I was in the store for another 45min just wearing my to be dress and chatting about all the possibilities. Mira was in house again today and came to congratulate me with a hug! There isnt enough good that I can say about this bridal shop. I felt like a princess and everyone was extremely nice. My dress was even less than my $3000 budget. The selection is everything from simple to beads from head to toe. I cannot wait to go back for my fitting!
