We just finished a complete gut and remodel of our master bath with Green Home Chicago & couldnt be happier with the final product. My significant other and I have very different tastes, but Karen and her staff were able to help us create a final product that we both love.Everyone there went above and beyond to make this happen. One example is a last minute site visit by Karen during construction. We ended up not liking the way the paint colors that we had originally selected, looked under newly installed lighting. Karen came to the site the next day, and found us and alternative color in only a few minutes. We have received nothing but compliments on the final product. As a bonus, they allow dogs in the store and we brought taco every time we went.

We now have a GORGEOUS master bathroom thanks to the great design work of the lovely Kaitlin and the Green Home team. From the day when we walked in to the beautiful office and started chatting about our ideas, to Kaitlin and Karens visits to see the space, to ongoing email communications, the process was very smooth and collaborative. I would definitely recommend Green Home if you want to remodel a space in your home.

Couldnt be happier with our experience. They went through great lengths to make sure we were happy with our bathrooms. We hired them to design both our bathrooms in our 1500 square foot condo. The upgraded bathrooms have now made sure we stay for a few more years in our West Loop condo instead of selling. Thats how happy we are with what they did. These guys know contractors, materials, design - theyll take care of the whole thing. Theres a whole lot of yes, no problem as an answer with these folks. And it wont break the bank either.

I was searching for eco-friendly sustainable furniture and fabrics for our new condo and found Green Home Chicago. Karen was amazing. She helped me select beautiful fabrics for custom dining room chairs, benches, a headboard and duvet cover. I absolutely love everything! Not only are they beautiful but they were made with environmentally-friendly materials.

My Fiance and I recently moved into a loft condo in the West Loop and had reached out to Karen. We had several restrictions which we assumed would be pretty difficult to work with: 1) We are renting our place so we couldnt change any of the interior 2) We wanted to work with a lot of the furniture we already had. We also have an eccentric taste so we werent sure if someone could transform our place into what we wanted, but we were wrong - Karen turned the rented space into our perfect place!She is a great communicator and was a joy to work with. She struck a great balance between infusing new, unexpected ideas into our space while allowing our own personality to shine. Our space is now more functional, pleasant, and beautiful thanks to Karen.

We knew we needed help with a remodel and new look for our home, but didnt really know where to start. A neighbor recommended Karen and team at Green Home Chicago and we are so happy they did! From our first meeting with Karen and our designer Stefani, we were very happy with the process. Stefani worked well with our whole family, helped guide us to a good style that is both fun and functional (even our dog Misha loves the new tile floors in our bathrooms!) and was great about working within our budget and a bit of a funky timeline on our part. We are very happy with the results.

I called here and spoke to Karen. My first impression was that she was rude and condescending, but I let it go. When I inquired about my plans, she seemed disinterested, possibly due to the small size of the home. Well, what Karen failed to realize is thats our third home -- I just purchased it for my college-aged brother to stay in. My plan was to work with her on something small, then use her company for a larger, six figure-sized project -- but not anymore.Lesson: dont be rude to potential clients bc you make a false assessment about their wealth; many of us are blessed with money without flaunting it.

Green Home has a great selection in their showroom and Stefani was great to work with! She really made my vision come to life and was able to add to it with her creativity! We are very pleased with our remodel!

We bought tiles for our bathroom here. The tiles were much cheaper than at any store we went to, and look fantastic on our floor. Karen provides great service. I would recommend this to anyone who need to redo their bathroom, kitchen, outdoor space.

Absolutely loved working with Karen and Kaitlin on our kitchen remodeling project! We live in a loft-style condo, and GHC helped us transform our tiny, difficult to access kitchen into a gorgeous and functional space. We worked mostly with Kaitlin, and the design phase took over a year. Given our indecisiveness, it was really nice to not feel pushed or rushed. Kaitlin has a great eye and is professional and very detail oriented. We couldn’t have selected a better design firm to work with. To add icing on the cake, GHC also helped us find a wonderful general contractor!
