Over all customer service was fine. They were really friendly. But they installed an epicenter. On my way home, the speaker blew. Point blank I don’t even think they bothered tuning it correctly. Now I’m out a sub. Probably wouldn’t recommend them.

Had a remote start and keyless entry installed here and the remote start never worked right. My car would sometimes backfire and die in colder weather. Went back multiple times and was told it was my vehicle that was the issue even though it only backfires when i use the remote start. He even blamed my loose battery terminals (i retightened them and still have the issue).

Very professional job! They installed my amplifier with an 1800W subwoofer for a reasonable price... They also used some kind of wire protector that only comes on with the 10 gauge wire and i had bought the 8 gouge one so very impressed with the labor!
