Gosh Lynn, I dont remember you working here. This company has been operating for well over 50 years and Ive been running it for my husband since 2009. I grew up on the East Side and attended George Washington HS so I still consider myself home when I am here. Our company does have production standards that each employee has to meet . At 50 years old I am able to continually meet those standards so I expect nothing less from my employees. Being punctual (which means to show up on time) is also a key factor to staying employed here. If someone was let go because they couldnt perform the job that was asked of them or couldnt show up on time that does not make me a racist.

Do not work for this white company, the man in charge is racist. These white people are in business in a black neighborhood mistreating black employees where we live, if you are a business owner that has contracted this business use someone else . Lets see how many white peoples travel to this location to work, his relatives work in the office. Black people do not apply here. Its time we take a stand for what is right, thats why unions came about to stop this type of Sh##!
