My boyfriend and I visited on November 8. I can’t remember the name of the man that helped us but he was great! He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find the perfect Christmas gifts for our relatives as well as some things for us to take home for personal use!We will definitely be returning in the future!

They have several hot sauces available to try. You HAVE to try the hottest pepper sauce in the world! Its intense. Over 80% of the sauces are made in house. A must try! On the 7th floor of Water Tower Place.

I tried the worlds hottest hot sauce when I went here. It was such a spicy experience, and my mouth caught on fire. The sauces here are limitless and they all have exsquisit tastes. I did enjoy shopping around this store for my friends and buying them random hat sauces.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of samples if you dare. Manager can match customers hotness tolerance so you get the right amount of heat. Fun place.

This place is awesome. Tons of samples. Dont try the universes hottest sauce. Its not worth it.

Went in to find some hot sauce for my dad. The only employee that was there was on the phone bitching about the schedule and how some girl didnt asked for the right days off and how the employee apparently saved some girls ass by taking her shift. She was on the phone the whole time we were in the store. Very rude. I wont be returning to this pepper palace.
