Wow! my highest compliments to Luxury Eyesight. They went way beyond the call of duty to find my new Matsuda sunglasses. It was discontinued in Matsuda website but I reached to Josh and he told me that they still have one left in Japan. He kept me informed of the status of the shipment.....just be patient if the shipping comes a little late.....we are still in the pandemic era and also all the bad things happening right now. I got my glasses today.....they come in the box....it feels like Christmas comes early. This is the first time I do business with this shop and as I live in Saudi Arabia there was not much that could guarantee me whether this shop was a scam or whether the glasses were original or fake. The only thing that assured me that this shop is for real was the reviews! After having ordered these Matsuda M3023 glasses I can tell you all that not only these were original glasses. The shipping was free and it was through FedEx priority international and free of charge! Low and behold I receive the shipment a whole week earlier than the scheduled time. Okay I have literally never written a review in my life for anything. But these guys deserve it!Ive worked with them twice now and they have been absolutely exceptional! My first time around I bought a pair of Dita frames with custom lenses and the second time needed custom lenses for another pair that I already owned. These guys owned the process entirely with superb communication. I sent countless emails to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and was not at all disappointed. Everyone on my first go around was great, I just dont remember their names. But Ryan on this second time around has been phenomenal. If you need high end sunglasses or custom lenses I highly recommend you go to these guys.

Luxury Eyesight is a wonderful company. Twice they have gotten replacement frames for me that no one else could find -- once by contacting the manufacturer in Paris. I dont live in Chicago, so my contact with them has been through email and phone, but the customer service has been nothing short of exemplary. Everyone I worked with there was efficient and attentive. Shipping was lightening fast, packaging was beautiful. I recommend them without hesitation.

Staff is wonderful. Selection of frames is really good. Frames can be pricy but not outlandish (it probably has outlandishly priced stuff, too). I can always find good things there and they can order anything from the catalogs.

I have only had the pleasure of being able to work with these folks online, and while I dont write reviews too often, I feel the overwhelming need to commend the staff (specifically Jay) for their incredible customer service. Jay and I did a lot of back-and-fourth emailing toward the end of the day to get all of my questions about their online ordering system answered and get my order placed. They then offered to hold my frames while I waited to get my prescription refreshed. Every step of the way they have been extremely accommodating and incredibly friendly. She kept me continuously updated, and even provided a FedEx tracking number. The Kuboraum frames arrived well packed and looking as good as I thought they would. Julie is a true professional. I have been wearing Tag Heuer glasses for long time and was very satisfied with it so I decided to buy a new frame which happened to be an old model. It was not available anymore from Dutch opticians so I started to look at the internet. Sublime experience! I wanted some Mason glasses by Mykita. Im from Houston,Texas I called all optical stores in the state with no luck. I stumbled upon Luxury Eyesight online. I called, Paul answered the phone, he was very nice but said, Your glasses are not in stock, give us a month and we can get it for you I said no. I get a call 5 minutes later from Paul, saying he could make it happen in two weeks. Their customer service is incredible, I used my Paypal Credit to pay online.I have to admit I was a bit nervous paying such expensive glasses online and from another state. But everything went swell! They got my glasses from Germany, sent them to their lab, then had them at their store for quality check. I got my glasses a couple days ago, I got them 2 days after they were ready. Highly recommended! I worked with Ryan to purchase Mykita frames and Crizal Prevencia lenses (both very high quality) that I needed done in less than a week. Those particular lenses are produced in Dallas, but despite the cross-country shipping and precision lens edging processes, Paul and Ryan managed to get the glasses to me in only three days. Ryan is knowledgeable, helpful, and primarily interested in customers having a great experience. Paul is also great to work with and has an amazingly deep and broad insight into eyewear from the styles to the brands to the manufacturing to the competition. Both seem to have it engrained that what is best for their business is customers having a great experience each time, so that they want to come back. It worked on me because I will be coming back for sure!
