I’ve purchased new glasses or sunglasses from here annually. The staff are consummate professionals. They know their customers and merchandise and I’m always pleased with the selection and purchase. The inventory is high end but worth the price at this location!

Called to make appointment and the person working there was not friendly. He could not even answer questions about what insurance carriers they were in network with. Why have someone book appointments if they cant provide valid information?? Please better train your staff because Im booking my appoinment elsewhere.

Great customer service and huge Cartier selection. My husband and I both love Cartier glasses, Optica carry’s a larger selection of Cartier than the Cartier store on Michigan. We have been purchasing glasses from Optica for years and plan to continue for many more. Pro Tip: Go to the store that is in the North Bridge Mall on Michigan rather then the store on Oak. The staff is much more friendly and helpful.

Went in with some loose glasses and left with them fixed, in very sturdy condition. Thanks to Miguel for the dedication and help, he was great and friendly. Wonderful customer service and solution to problem. Will be back!

Beautiful selection of frames, at a higher price point. Fell in love with a pair of Judith Leiber navy & swarovski crystal frames, but sadly they were out of my budget. Also carry Cartier Oliver Peoples, Bulgari LaFont and many more brands. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Had a screw pop loose in my glasses and they were great about fixing them. Really helped me out.
