Excellent care as always! Ive been going to Visionary Eye Care since before I moved to the neighborhood, and it is so great having my eye care doctor within walking distance. They are organized and have great customer service. Highly recommend!

Dr Cizek is absolutely wonderful. I never thought I would be able to wear contacts after my surgery for a detached retina, after seeing various optometrists, none of which took the time to listen and try different lens fittings. Dr Cizek figured out an Rx that worked. He’s a lovely person, and the office is so well run.

Went for my bi-yearly check up and as usual was extremely impressed with patient centered service oriented “vibe”of the office. The care and thorough exam was only matched by friendly and professionalism of the staff. I have been a customer for many years now and don’t see that changing any time soon.

This is a boutique optometrist experience, even for services as simple as frame adjustments. Simply called ahead for an appointment, buzzed the door, and was treated to courteous and professional assistance.

My dog broke my glasses while we were playing, leaving me in quite a pickle. I called Visionary, and they carved out a time for me to come in right away.They fixed my glasses super fast, returning me to the land of the fully sighted only a couple of hours after originally breaking them!

Im from out of town, and had the misfortune to break the frames of my bifocals. I called Visionary to ask about repairs, and they were able to handle the repair quickly and easily. Their Covid-19 protocols made me feel very safe even though I was only in the office for 15 minutes. It appears to be a very friendly collection of young eye care specialists, unlike my stogy old optometrists back home :-). And no charge! I had a very nice experience there.

I had a great experience here- before COVID and during! Prior to the appointment, they had me fill out a questionnaire to share any relevant medical history. This reduced the amount if in-person appointment time. When I entered, they took my temperature and escorted me to wait for about 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and Helpful . This was my first time visiting Visionary Eye Care. Their staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Nguyen was excellent. He reviewed my vision history, asked a lot of questions about my context and how I feel about my current glasses and contacts. After having been to a major chain eye doctor for the last few years, this experience was much more personal, and I feel more confident that my glasses and contacts will be better suited to my work and life. Their opticians are also excellent. They have superior knowledge of vision insurance and billing, and theyre great at helping select suitable frames. Ive never had an easier time choosing and paying for new glasses. Visionary will be our new go-to eye doctor.

My annual eye exam coincided with the end of the stay in place but luckily they were open to appointments. I was impressed how seamless the process was upon entering, they took my temperature, made me wash my hands and took every precaution to ensure mine and the doctors safety. They maintain proper social distancing by limiting customer interaction in the store. As always, very professional and supportive which is why I continue to go there.

Ive been coming here for years and I always have a fantastic experience! Ive met with all of the Doctors and trust them all. I also love that they help me choose a frame, as I can be very indecisive. This time around I requested contact lenses for the first time and they were very thorough with making sure I was comfortable with the whole process of using them. They even coached me along with putting them in and taking them out several times. I also never feel hurried and they are very knowledgeable about insurance. If I could give Visionary Eye Care ten stars, I would!

I didnt catch anyones name but it might not matter. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I picked out two pairs of glasses in about 10 minutes based on the techs recommendations, and was also in and out for my exam. Both the optometrist and the tech were sensitive to any cost issues I might have. Masks required, temperature taken at the door and the tech brings the glasses to you so he can sterilize them after fitting. I felt safe. See you next year, guys.

Was extremely happy with the level of service, the time during my exam which everything was explained to me and having time to ask questions that I had.Even with COVID precautions, the office wait time was minimum and cleaning and social distancing was enforced well with all customers.

I sustained an eye injury from a nerf gun ( yeah yeah I know) & went to Pearl Vision & hated everything about that place. I came to Visionary & it was night & day. You wont find that annoying puff-of-air eye pressure test here, only state of the art equipment with top notch doctors. The staff here are great too.
