I called and called. No one picked the phone up. At all. I had an appointment... And the place was closed. Then I tried to reschedule... And no one was there. I need contacts...
Do Not go here for vision if you have medicaid because they will bill you later for your frames when they should bill you at time of exam pay em when they bill you because could go towards your credit just lets me know they are NOT on one accord with insurance 👎🏿👎🏿

The receptionists at this location have poor communication skills, and thats whats stopping me from returning after having already given them a second chance. Prepare yourself for some incompentcy and lack of accountability. Just not worth the hassle.

In Chicago for a conference. Stepped on my glasses in my hotel room and popped out the lense. Came to this Walmat and the folks in Optical fixed my glasses no charge. Life savers. Big shout out!!
I called about a quote on contact lenses and i got the rudest response from a gentlemen. Every question I got, he simply replied with a monotone single word; such as yup. He did not sound like he wanted to be working at all!!!
The vison center at walmart is a nice store. They have good service. they are friendly service.there prices are good.They know how to pick out nice glasses for you
Family of 3? Sorry, only 2 family member appointments per day. Seriously? Most of the staff is rude and there is usually only the one doctor. Poor selection of frames. Dont waste your time.
Great the dr got my perscriptoin he got me 2 cupones and he gave me eye drops
