Was just there. Had a big line with ONE register running. Other employees were there just not helping customers. Upper management was visiting and chose this time to stop the one person on a register. Why would they expect their help to show customers any CS skills when even management shows such little concern, hence the overall 2 star rating?? SMH

This thortons is the worst i been to they always run put of supplies, its dirty. No sugar for 2 weeks now . Gm present and doesnt like to help at all. He doesnt care bout store one bit. Overall this store is bad all the way around.

I love this place. It doesnt take long to find what Im looking for. Close to me and right next to the express way is a plus. The negative reviews about the dirtyness is the peoples fault. This isnt your house clean up your own mess.

My opinion of this place is just an opinion, disgusting 😒.. Ill say Ill check back in in the near future to see if the complaint i just called in was taken seriously.. To me this particular location clearly needs new management if they cant get employees to take care of the place. Its a fairly new location. I stopped to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom, which if I didnt have to go as bad as I did Id have to pass. Just filthy, was about to get a fountain drink which I did pass on.. In todays social climate totally unexceptable or any for that Matter!

When i seen all the negative reviews, i just had to go and see for myself. And yes, the negative reviews are accurate! The floors were stained with dirt and dried up brown droplets of something. The employees were slow and moving like turtles. An in and out for me took 15 mins thanks to the slow moving cashiers who were ghetto. They took so long my uber even left (and i only went in to grab a bottle of water)

Selection was great, staff was friendly, wasnt so busy when I was there. Was in and out. I like it.

The worst Thornton’s by a long shot. Shelves not stocked, cups not stocked, no plastic utensils to eat anything with, cashiers rude.

Stop being lazy Jesus and start putting truck number and company names on receipts.

The store is good,,but the cashiers are very unprofessional. Me and another customer had to wait in line because the cashier was flirting with a customer, and then left another cashier had to come up, because the first cashier left with the customer

My husbands a truck driver, we are from California. We went for SubwayThere was no one at the counter but a sign that said, ring for service. A pregnant woman came from the back and took our order and made our sandwiches. She wrapped my husbands sandwich with everything fallen outside the sandwich, as if she didnt know what she was doing or she had a long night. The place was dirty. Not a friendly environment. Need better staff and cleaning crew. All the cups were dirty at the fountain drinks. I pulled out at least 5 cups before I found a clean one. The floor was disgusting.

Looked clean when I was there! Decent for a Gas station with some truck services and parking. There are no showers but a quiet place to rest at night. I had a breakfast burrito from here sausage egg cheese! Very good!

Terrible service. Gave the cashier name daisy a ten dollar bill after waiting in line for 10 minutes just to be given 52 cents change and told I only gave her a 5 smh they should bring in people who understand that they are working at a truck stop. I didnt bother throwing a fit because I had stood in line a watched at least 3 customers leave shaking their heads. I mean who cares a 60 yr old after getting a attitude about how they cant find the cigarettes hes pointing at. Just stay away unless youre looking for a fight

This place used to be nice and friendly to come to but now everybody is really rude and wants to get in your business. The women are very rude and act like they dont want to help customers. I was simply trying to get something off my shoe and apparently the sink which is supposed to be for PUBLIC use cant be used. They need a water hose outside if they dont want their precious sink to be used for washing! Feels a bit racist too bc Im a Caucasian lady and the women here kept glaring at me. If I come back its only bc of the semi parking available by the bus stop. I will not be buying any items again. They dont deserve the business. Ive been a otr truck driver for 2 years and I have never been so disrespected or poorly treated anywhere😠😒

The worst service ever experienced I was going there almost everyday to fuel up 3 of my semi trucks there is always long wait one person in the register there is never washer fluid to clean windows or paper towels and the bathroom is always nasty I know a lot of drivers in the area that stop going there for the same reason.

Service sucks, everytime you go in there the line is long. If the cashiers were not sitting around talking there wouldnt be a long line. Tonight the 2 female cashiers were to busy talking to work. Left the 1 guy running the register with 10 customers waiting.Go to the road ranger/pilot across the street they dont keep lazy smart ass employees

Zero stars, terrible, disgusting and just utterly dirty, bathrooms had water all over the floor, couldnt even tell you the last time they were cleaned, garbage flowing over outside in the cans, just a complete waste of time

I wouldnt give a star if I could. This young girl acts like the customer is bothering her. Giving additude. So unprofessional. Also, what got me so disappointed was that I requested $45 on my pump and I only received $15. I went back and told her what was going on and she started acting all ghetto. Take your business somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend pumping here.

The truth is that the owners responses make me laugh, since he says that he takes that kind of comments very seriously and seeks solutions, but in months they have not done anything, it is still just as unpleasant and disgusting, today to end with the subject on the floor coming out of the bathroom was lying a guy in terrible condition, so you see no employee of the place doing anything to help (I saw that), I love the coffee cream from the dispenser (thats why I return every time) yes if not, I would never buy any food in a place where you see the untidiness of the place, unfortunate
