Will not recommend this store, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE went to pick up a sweatshirt for my brother on Monday closed, Tuesday closed went different hours and security didnt know what time their hour are, finally went on Wednesday and the guy that was there didnt know how to talk to people. I had a tee shirt made from here they do good work on tee shirts out here I’m going back here to get some more tee shirts made for me.

There is definitely a man who calls himself Nick who works here. He was there on a Sunday and quoted a price completely different from what they charge. He talks very fast and comes off as shady. I came back on a separate day during the week, it was a different man and lady working who seemed very nice at first but then began to insult my intelligence by telling me that everyone who worked there before them quit and they had no idea who Nick was. They clearly view Americans as stupid and gullible. Took my business to Custom Ink in Chicago Ridge Mall. Got a way better deal and very quality work. Dont waste your time dealing with these people.

I spoke with Nick and was quoted a price. I placed the order that day. I came in two days later to pick up our shirts and an older couple greeted us. They then give me a completely different price than we got from Nick and evem went so far as to say he didnt work there. After showing them the business card we got from Nick, they began to haggle the price. Buyers BEWARE!ETA: In response to the owners reply, I have no reason to lie. In fact, I can attach a picture of Nicks business card with your letterhead and logo if you need to do an investigation. However, Im even more concerned that you have unauthorized people working for your company without your knowledge if this is the case. Either way, bad customer service is apparent, and I wont do business with you. I will redirect others to businesses who appreciate their customers.

This place is chaos. Two guys behind the counter but they need 5 or 6. People coming in as I wait... And wait... Orders have been lost or not ready on time. That having been said, they did a fantastic job on the T-shirt I ordered. They went the extra mile to hand cut the image so that it didnt have a big white background. Id go back, but not on a weekend unless I had a lot of time to kill at the mall.

I love how caring they are, they make very nice t shirts, the workers there are always so helpful, I really like theyre work. I made family reunion t shirts there, and they came out perfect. 5 stars without a doubt!!!!

Horrible! Placed my order online. Waited for a confirmation email that was never sent. I called the store 8 times to no avail. Finally went to the store to check on the order. They had no record of the order. They said they would create the order in the store. After 8 minutes, the woman said the machine was down. However, the man was still printing shirts. Then I was told a XL youth shirt is the same a womens small. The lies continue. I left with an oversized shirt that my daughter didnt want to wear for her birthday party.I would avoid this location.

Great work! Fast service, I waited less then 20 mins. The employees are well mannered and made sure that I understood everything I was getting from size t shirt to the colors of the designs! I recommend this place .

Looks like the store has been sold and the people are not as nice as the first owners!! The lady started off kinda nice but that didnt last long and i see they get backed up and turn into some really rude people. Took over a hour for my shirt so I wont be coming back.

Straight disappointed, had a 2xl t-shirt made & the picture was so small ! And the lady had the nerve to tell me well you should’ve ask before you paid for it. Like no lady the worker should have explained it. I obviously would think the picture would’ve been big since the shirt is 2xl. She also was more rude & said Ow you will be back. Never again. Bad service.

Website says they open at 9 but the mall doesn’t open up til 10am and still they didn’t open til 11am, and I still had to wait 30mins..... very unprofessional

Worst customer service,when I get there this lady was sleeping over the desk,I asked for help and she responded with a terrible attitude,I explained what Im looking,she keeps her attitude,she dont want to deal with customers,I told her,can you give me a better service,she said,ok,and right away roll her eyes,Im like,girl,youre here to give me a service,Im the one whos paying,Im not asking for free stuff,she said,and?,I tell her,I dont want anymore talk with you,Im comeback with the other guy is here,she start yelling at me,bye felicia

Diana, really went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. I was unsure what I wanted on my shirts, but Diana took her time to make sure it was what I wanted. I will for sure come back to this place and ask for Diana!!

This place is very unorganized. they are not people friendly or have any interest in people that walk in Im standing for 10minutes 1 hr before they close I ask the guy how much longer will he need with the customer in front of me that was not happy her order was not done he told me that was his last customer didnt even ask if he can answer a question or care I was standing ther patiently waiting my turn! Little did he know I needed 70 tshirts made!

Bought two hoodies for loved ones that passed away Loved my hoodies honestly but they got the punctuation wrong instead of youre they put youre didnt even notice til i was ready to wear it . sent emails with attached picture but no respond yet. Hope to hear back soon .
