Ive never been to this location but I am rating my experience I had with them and Vito & Nicks pizza. I had an issue with a product and I contacted Vito & Nicks who got back to me within 24 hours and quickly handled my problem. Then about a week or two I received a letter in the mail from Dutch Farms apologizing and reimbursing me. Between the awesome customer service with Nicks and Vitos and quick response with Dutch Farms has made me respect the companies and will continue to purchase their products.

Great cheese but your packaging is to say the least, very, very,hard to deal with... You scimp on a piece of parchment paper between the slices ? It literally cant be done with the Gouda slices .. I couldnt do it, I threw the whole package out !! Thanks ...

Tight area. The receiving place is the same street. You will see maintenance the left and another gate to right after reaching the end of the street. Thats Dutch farms receiving place. The office is close the gate. Sign In on the clipboard and they will call you.

Appt was at 0630 Wednesday, 06/10/20, got there the night before and parked on the street. Came in at 0500 only to be told there had been a power outage. Sat in the yard until around 0800, got a dock and was quickly unloaded. But our shipper, another clusterf#ck in itself, had loaded half of the first stop behind the consignee. After MUCH frustration, got the paperwork and left about 1030.

Poor quality dairy products. Example their sour cream contains several ingredients like corn starch that are not dairy ingredients. Most sour cream sold by good dairies are made of cream, milk,, cultures, and enzymes.Dutch Farms sour cream is not real sour cream and shouldn’t be called sour cream.Per Dutch Farm response, they said they recently changed their sour cream recipe to only include cream, milk, cultures, and enzymes. So I raised their grade.Glad to hear that after all these years of producing sour cream that included starch and other non dairy ingredients, they will now produce real sour cream. There previous formula should have never been called sour cream. Maybe sour spread or light sour cream.Now all they have to do is improve the quality and taste of their cheeses so they are up to par with Sargento and Kraft.

Appointment 8AM full load of eggs, parked on the street overnight and check in 6:44 AM got a door right away bills in hand 8 AM .Thank you.

I want to tell you that I absolutely love eating your eggs! I buy the large eggs often - two dozen at a time. I have eggs almost every day and Iusually have them poached. The yolk is big and the egg whites are niceand thick when cooked.The are absolutely delicious! When growing up we used to get our eggsfrom our family farm which were good as yours but the farm was sadly sold. Until I started buying your eggs I never could find any of them thatcame close to tasting like the farm eggs I grew up on.Thank you for such high quality in your products. Easy in and out for delivery, showed up about 5am for 6am appointment, was out about 0800. Not bad, dont know why all the bad reviews are for, apparently they havent been to very many grocery warehouses. Park on side of street do your 10 and leave. Just dont throw your trash or pour pee along the road and it may stay like that

Gate was open at 0330 parked in back, checked in at 0500. Appointment was for 0600 was out by 0730. Everyone was polite and friendly.

If you are looking for 700 E 107th street, look for this sign across the street from 700. This is where you will be loaded or unloaded. Fast in and out!

Like the previous comments this place is a total joke. i came here first they moved me 2 times and finally when they gave me a door it was already taken. so i had to wait for door to be open. not coming here again. And yes they have arrogant girls on the window. You cant cover stupid with makeup

I delivery here on a daily basis. Never have any issue. I get called with an assigned door and always get in and out quickly.

Not a easy place to get into with a semi. Very tight street corners to maneuver and hope there arent cars at the stoplight or you will have to wait to swing wide to make the turn. No parking at facility and risk being fined if you park outside the gate. Tight area to maneuver trailer into dock with a fence right in front of docking area with trucks in the way. G.O.A.L so you dont hit a truck. Took 3 to 4 hrs to get unloaded.

This place is incredibly disorganized when it comes to receiving freight. They have all of the trucks form a line and when a door opens up you are supposed to just take it. The problem with this is that drivers are constantly cutting each other in line. Also, they have certain docks designated for certain products which leads to mass confusion amongst drivers. The whole process is poorly managed and it causes major delays. I watched two drivers leave because they couldnt get into a dock and were going to be late for their next delivery.The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout this hellacious receiving process and they are the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Overall: great staff but inefficient management. Be prepared to wait hours past your appointment time if youre going to deliver here.

Horrible wait times and a very snotty additude on the receptionist, been here 6 hours going on 7 and was docked within the hour I showed up. Came in an hour early. Good thing is Ill have a reset before they get finished?

Worst place to deliver to. Had an appointment for 6am. I didnt leave until after 10. I had to pay the lumper fee. And they destroyed pallets in my trailer. Part of that fee should include a sweep out of their mess. And the guy in the office was too busy playing games on his phone and hitting on th P.Y.T. working next to him and being rude.

Use to be nice people working there not anymore...

This place is a big joke, customer service is about -10,Off street over night parking for 3-4 trucks only. Dont go there if you dont have to.

94 to 111th st W to S Langley R or N to 107th R. Gate is on the rhs at the end of 107th. Once in, drive all the way to the back parking lot. Park and walk the papers to the office. App # needed. I had 5 skds. Checked in 15 min b4 app time. Took two hours. Several spots for overnight parking on 107th.

Major disorder and all they want is a late fees when your there on time.Better bringing there order to a cold storage warehouse.

Young lady with the glasses in the recieving office is rude, and unprofessional. Should be fired in my opinion. People like this shouldnt be representing your company.
