Came here on a recommendation from a friend who said they were the best in the business. They were nice and wanted to know what I was looking for. I gave them a list of diamonds I wanted to purchase. They said no problem and would let me know the status when I could purchase. It has been over 2 months now and still no communication from them and no responses to my many attempts. I have no problem waiting, just communicate.Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Seems they only want to sell you what they have in stock.Update:So it takes a year for them to reply and all they can do is write a distasteful reply out of desperation. Sad.
