This place is a joke! A representative responded and didn’t even listen to what I was saying. I was trying to explain what I wanted to do so he started to raise his voice, almost yelling. When I asked him to stop yelling at me and LISTEN, he just hung up the phone. Teach your people to communicate politely, Meest!!

I was trying to send a parcel from Chicago to Kiev. I called several times from Ukraine to Karpaty Chicago office, I wrote several e-mails to them - no luck! They answered one time that courier picks up the cargo for $10 bucks but he is very busy but then dissapeared. They do not pick up the phone. No customer service as we understand it.
What happened to the always friendly, respectful, and nice employees? An employee named Igor is a person who does not know what respect and customer service is, he is very rude, disrespectful, and arrogant ( each time when I saw him). By the way face mask is not for him. If you don’t have a choice and you have to go there just ask for some other employee to help you but definitely not him!!!!!!!
Meest USED TO provide the most reliable service, but unfortunately recently everything extremely changed.The parcel we sent to Ukraine from this office back in March 14th is still not showing in the system. When calling to this office - none picks up the phone, the voice mail box is full! Only calling to the main office I was able to receive some help.After doing some research I found out that this problem occurred not only to me, but to other loyal clients as well. That’s very sad, that a company with such a long history and good reputation has lost the trust of many clients!Meest you did better job before!

Arrogant and disrespectful employee - named Igor who not only won’t follow company promotions, he will assure his bad mood will transition to company’s clients. Moreover - in the middle of pandemic most times employees won’t wear masks! And the person mentioned above had mask which is just for visibility (with valve), worn under his nose and the way his mouth can be seen; and in the end he took his mask off... Bottom line if you want to stay safe - wear n95 mask if you absolutely need to use their services or stay away...

Not professional behaviour. I payed 200$ for shipment by air (which usually takes around a week) and after a month did not receive a package. I was advised the package is to arrive to Chicago office, but it was left in NJ without informing me!! I had to contact them 3 times to get some info, payed extra for package to be sent from NJ to Chicago and they simply created label and did not send it again! I had to call again and urge them to send it immediately...very disrespectful!
I sent 2 packages with them this summer.It took literally 2 months for the first one. And today I checked the tracking of the other one. It was sent on July 25, but left the terminal on August 18!!!Almost 4 weeks it was just lying somewhere.2 out of 2 guys, it’s not an accident, it’s the system.Please, don’t lie to your customers it takes 4 weeks from Chicago to Ukraine.Very disappointed. Giving 2 stars only to people on the phone and in the office.

Ive been asked to remove all electronics from my package to send it separately by AIR, well apparently it was sent by SEA without any notice (because of prohibited materials), although Ive payed for air delivery and was assured it will be delivered within a week. Totally screwed up my timelines. No apologies, no refund. It is like doing business on Brighton Beach. Extremely disappointed.
The drivers in Lviv :1.DO not bother calling the recipient at her land line.2. Lied about it by saying that now they are capable only of calling on cell. 3. Then said that they did not care to go out because they are not getting paid enough. 4. Canadas office is rude and dismissive.
Went to the new location, to be honest those guys need supervisor, so unorganized, my box was dropped after scale and ripped off ...hopefully nothing broken insideScale clearly said 64 pounds,but the guy told me it’s 66lb not sure why ... at the end they didn’t know which boxes are mine, gladly I overheard and pointed as I was exiting

Update: Had to remove a star. Last package I put Air on the paperwork, per usual, said Air on the phone when paying, and my package was sent by sea, so now it will take 2+ weeks longer than I wanted. Frustrating.Previous review: Have used several times with good results but today I had a fabulous experience with the gentleman who answered the phone. Super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I wish I would have gotten his name, but excellent customer service. Thank you!

Vanessa, personally I have had no problems in dealing with the post office personnel because of my Russian language. I come to this post office for many years (driving four and half hours to Chicago) and I am always please with their service! Your posting is not a true statement from my experience!The political issues between Western and Eastern sides of Ukraine does not make an affect on the service the office personnel provides to customers!

Customer service does not exist! Paid for the package to be sent by air . After Over a month and a half with numerous visits and phone calls they told me the package was sent by the sea. Went to the office 4 times to get reimbursed for the money difference, the lady gave me dirty looks and was always to busy to refund my money. NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK ! HORRYBLE service!!
Everything arrives on time, all things are in place. Once there was a parcel checked at customs and it was torn in some places, but all things are in place, nothing is damaged, thats the main thing

The parcel was delivered to the office on April 11, 2020, and has not yet reached Ukraine ... it has been going to Ukraine for more than a month, and as it turned out later, it was in the warehouse for another two weeks. I have known this company for 18 years and I send parcels only through the Bridge, there all employees are very and once again very friendly, I have never had any problems, people treat these employees as you would like to be treated and will not be no problems. Many customers come and everyone asks 20 times the same questions, you are many and those 2-3 employees you can not imagine how much negativity you pour on them throughout the day, and before you write negative feedback please pay attention to yourself. only one thing I can say to these employees GOD GIVE THEM HEALTH AND PATIENCE !!!!!!!!!! because they deserve it.
