Did my radio fast n cheap so Im good

I went to this place got a whole sound complete done they took for ever and to took off they didnt connect my a.c unit plug back up in now getting this whine fizz noise from the rear subs eveytime I push on gas or jist sitting in park subs sounds blown and only had for like 3 weeks new

Avoid at all costs! The prices are low for a reason and you will end up paying 5x more from real professionals to get it installed properly. On another occasion I called to see if they had something in stock the guy answered speaking perfect English then passed to a guy that barely spoke English and said he didn’t know if they had it that I needed to go in person at which point I stated I did not want to go there if it was not in stock, they guy laughed and said orale pues and hung up. There is better knowledgeable shops down the street that ain’t even much more money and use quality products not ssl amps and sound stream garbage or wire that will melt.

I been going for this shop for 3 years always on point on service and same day service 2 thumbs 👍 up for me . If there a problem have a receipt they take care of you. I recommend Jay got me every time satisfied customer... .

Very unprofessional And Overpriced installation is Poorly Done Bad Experience....

Products sold are solid but the installation crew is unprofessional. My van door was damaged during the installation process. I told management about it. They looked at it, told me they would come back and im still waiting for them!

I have seen 2 people have went to this shop and got horrible service the installers are not up on the new times they are still use ing the 90s ways to hook up cars i hook up music and i seen so many mistakes they have made they are hooking up music with converters to a speaker to create rca jacks on newer cars and trucks that way is way to old the technicians should go back to school and learn the new method of how to do things i would not even let them touch a Vehicle of mine so if you drive a touch screen car or truck don’t go here you will thank me later. A real shop has a machine that help them set your gains they don’t know what that is i ask so ask questions before you let anyone say that they know what they are doing if they don’t know something that you learn and they don’t have the proper equipment there they are a lower end shop maybe watch some videos and understand what it takes before just going with someone call they self an expert they’re most definitely are not professional at all do they have Any certificates or rewards to prove they Certified or professional installers Think about it some of these things people and look into it before you just give your car to anyone it’s a difference between someone Think they know what they are doing than someone went to school for it and take pride in work than taking your money and you get horrible stuff i did not see a Quality name brand product in that shop

Came here to get a remote start and sound system installed. The job was done poorly. The remote does not work properly. And the electric connections they made were wrong. They cause my battery to drain numerous times, even made my alternator go bad. Mind you I have a 2017, and they could’ve caused more damage. I ended paying and extra $1000 to have my car fixed,on top of the $480. I went back to speak to the person inside the mall literally the next week after installation, who I had talked to before and he got mad when I told him. He then asked me for a receipt, and as soon as I showed him the receipt he said they only install and can’t help me with the problems they cause. I also asked for a new remote and the guy just ignore me, walked away and pretended like I wasn’t standing there. So if you don’t wanna waste $1500 for terrible service, definitely go somewhere else.

Worse customer service ever!! The alarm system that was installed on my truck, started locking/stopping my truck while it was being driven. Pretty scary . My truck just stops and I need to put in on park and turn it on again. Alarm was installed on December 6 2020, I’m here today, In less then 6 months and I’m getting charge $45 just for them to check it.

Came here to get a radio install the job was done poorly and they blew my car factory amp and I was charged full price to get a amp bypass/rewire. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cheaper prices than most places. But the employees have no customer service & can be pretty rude. Ive dealt with them for a while because of how affordable they are. Even after moving away from the area. I had some audio equipment installed and started running into issues. They had me going back and fourth between the guy inside the super mall and this place.... Asking for receipts. Its like after putting the stuff in they didnt want to resolve my issues. No one wanted to take responsibility. Ended up going to a different shop. Paid about $800 to get it all fixed. Highly dissapointed after they showed me all the things that were done poorly in my car... the place seems nicer over the years but Idk if they dont know what theyre doing or its them just pushing out cars because they tend to be busy. The people that fixed my audio literally said the amps were to big for my vehicles electrical system... I was never told any of this before purchasing. All I was told was you need a battery if you dont want your lights to dim I was never explained anything.... It seems I didnt even purchase that great of a product.. however after getting everything rewired, tuned and doing a big 3 my system sounds fairly better than how they left it. No more cutting off and my speakers sound good. Lesson learned..

A little slow but they hooked my husband car up the AMP did fall down so they have to rescue the AMP

They get my job done on the time.

They used electrical tape for my wires, did not mount radio just left it sit in place. Hooked my amp wrong. I had to take it out and install myself.
