This place is HORRIBLE I’ve been 3x to drop off some swimsuit covers for embroidery and they turned business away!?The 1st time they were in MexicoThe 2nd time the girl gave me the wrong info on the phone ... I showed up and the information she gave me was conflicting . Then the owner Jose Raygoza emailed me some information:At this time, we can have this ready in approximately 3 weeks due to the work load. Also once you get us the logo in DST format for embroidery,We can make a sample, to see how well the logo will comes out in that material, due that is that kind of material. There will be a charge fee of $25.00.If you approve the logo, the embroidery charge per cover up, is $16.25. and the names $8.50 each.I replied with questions they never answered.I emailed them again. Nothing no reply.A week later ( today) I show up again hoping to drop off my garmets and the owner Jose, comes out to check out my garmets. He did not look at my garmets he only told me they were 3weeks behind on work and told me I might want to go elsewhere. Huh?I asked him how he stays in business turning away business?He said he didn’t want me to be unhappy with the wait.Well if I’m here and I got your email obviously I’m willing to wait. But instead he refused to accept my garmet?!?I finally confronted him and told him that I don’t think he wants my business and that he has already wasted 2 weeks of my time and finally walked out.Don’t waste your time.Francisca
