Completely missed event date that was communicated prior to handing off the blank goods for the order, stitched 1/3 of the overall order at incorrect size, belligerent and disrespectful emails from the owner when these quality control issues were brought to his attention... List goes on. Keep searching for a good embroiderer, or know what to expect if you choose to do business with this one.
