Best Customer Service from beginning to end. Highly satisfied and will recommend to any and everybody. New to the private school community. Was referred here from school faculty at MPA. Better prices and great turnaround time. Will allow you to bring outside clothing to be embroider. Which saves you money in the end. Was quoted one price over the phone. But given the day I came in the young explained how she had numerous of other MPA clothing to embroider. So was nice of enough to give us the bulk price instead. Brought the items in on Monday. Was ready for pick up by Thursday afternoon. As long as my family is a part of the private school community. I will continue to do business with MT. Greenwood Embroidery & Screen Printing.

I brought in a shirt to be embroidered with my daughters new monogram for the day of her wedding. She will wear this for hair and makeup. There was a small miscommunication about the cuffs and the owners assured me it would be taken care of. Within the hour I received a phone call that it was ready and turned out gorgeous. They refused to charge me ?????? This is customer service at its best! I will be a customer for life!! Candypants your the best!❤️

Amazing! Did a wonderful job on field day shirts for our elementary school. They got them done quickly and were extremely sweet and great to work with.

I had previously called to see if I could get a jacket embroidered and was told yes, no problem. I then went in and said I would like to get a jacket embroidered with just a first name. The employee behind the counter asked when I would like to pick it up and I said possibly today or tomorrow, whatever works! And then the employee proceeded to laugh in my face and say that is not possible, the earliest is in 2 weeks. I know it’s the holidays and everyone is very busy, but there was no reason to laugh in my face and make me feel uncomfortable/stupid for not knowing that they were so busy.

I walked into the shop as a last resort, no t only did they know exactly what I was talking about but very willing to work within my price range . The older woman at the counter was very rude. I walked up to the counter, pulling out a Polo shirt from my bag to ask what it would cost to embroider about 10 shirts, and before I finished my question, she was shaking her head and responded no! When she finally allowed me to finish my question, she gave me an exhuberent quote. All with an awful attitude. It seemed like she wasnt interested in my business and so I walked out. Would not recommend. I edited this review to offer more clarity to the owner who is confused and responds to a negative review A YEAR LATER!
