One of the most inefficient companies I have ever dealt with.I needed a replacement foot for a chair. It literally took 10 days, 15 emails, 5 different people and nearly three weeks to complete the transaction.I gave them two stars because their furniture is attractive and quality. Unfortunately, for this company, in this day in age people need to be treated like they matter. Something that isnt in thier DNA.
