Can’t believe the service this place just provided me. My wife and I walked in to price out some hardwood floors and we waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to even approach us. The place is very small, so it wasn’t like they didn’t see us. When the guy finally came over, I had asked him questions about the cost of a specific style I was looking at. He was very brief with me and said it was somewhere around $6 a sq ft. He couldn’t be bothered with checking on the actual price even after I asked him again. I started asking other questions and could tell he wasn’t interested in helping me any further. As we were leaving he make a joke about me and my wife to another person, which I believe was a contractor, that was standing at the exit. That person basically laughed in our face as we exited. Weird experience. Customer service needs a tune up here. We can find the hardwood floors elsewhere, I’m sure.

After a long wait and probably 50 phone calls we were finally satisfird with our order. It took a month longer than anticipated. I cant say I am happy, however the company gave me a $992.75 credit after I posted a bad review (about 6% of the order total.) Given the circumstances and options they had, it was the only way to rectify the outcome of the transaction. Therefore I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Giving more stars would be an insult to companies that do better than just throw money at an already inflamed problem.Please ba cautions as nobody at the establishment wears a mask.Be safe!
