Alex is very professional. Mostly he brings the glass or mirror materials to the customers site and installs there. He cut me a custom piece of window glass, and the next day cut it some more, because I gave him 1/4 too big the first time!

I am so grateful that I saw a review for AG Glass (on Montrose in Chicago) on the Skokie Parent Group (FB) for someone who could replace the glass on our sliding door. It had hazed so badly we could barely see through it. Ahmed responded swiftly to my query, set up a convenient, masked, appointment, and gave us a 2 week completion date for a price that was much better than the cost of replacing the whole unit. Well, it was finished in less than 2 weeks, and he came over this morning ~ and oh my heavens, it is beautiful. After years of hazy glass, its almost a miracle! Very highly recommended. We purchased a rehabbed house, so there was no door on our basement shower. I emailed AG, and within 24 hours Ahmed came out and gave me a quote. After researching various places for a custom half wall shower glass and install, this company exceeded my expectations. Alex came out the same day gave me an estimate that was the best of all 5 surrounding area estimates and installed two days later. He went above and beyond in service finishing the job my contractor did not in terms of finishing the shower door install that apparently was installed incorrectly. I highly recommend as the service is EXCEPTIONAL and the price is the best in the area.

I bought a home from the 1920s in Oak Park and it had a beautiful mirror but it was long past its expiration date with discoloration etc. AG came out free of charge, was extremely responsive. He quoted me a fair price and was back 4 days later, as promised. The new mirror looks exactly like the original but without the discolorations...he saved me money and did the job right...he didnt try to overcharge and those qualities are rare. Highly recommend.
