Everything Ive ordered from Greer is just awesome. They ship very fast, and opening them is a lot of fun too! It feels like Christmas when I get a Greer package. Ive gotten pens, folios, planners, notepads, binder clips...all of their products are fantastic!

The website had lots of great choices; shipping was reasonably priced; and my cards arrived promptly with a handwritten thank you from the owner. Greer is a lovely intimate shop, with a carefully curated selection of specialty brands. Specifically, if you’re into Japanese brands this is the place to go. I’ve picked up great quality planners and notepads. The owner and staff will give you a customer service experience that will leave you wanting to return. I’ve also picked up the most beautiful top of the line wrapping paper here. Thanks to Greer, hosting my first Christmas was one that we won’t forget.

I’ve never visited in person but can’t wait to someday! The curation of quality stationery is just incredible. I’ve placed orders and have always enjoyed receiving my package! One of my favorite stationery stores to support!

Really fun store, cards were all reasonably priced and my friend and I had a lot of fun with the mystery card grab bags they had for sale.

Not sure Ive ever had such good and accommodating service. Chandra and Lindsey went above and beyong for me and made sure my father got a beatifully wrapped present with a hand written card and everything. All our communication was online thanks to the current covid situation and were not even in the same continent.Im so happy to have found them and hope to visit the store at some point in the near future. Huge variety of unique items & owner has electric personality!

I went to GREER yesterday, after obsessively looking at their website for days.... and I loved it more than I even thought I could! The store is completely beautiful & they have a great selection. The employee, Tom, was super friendly and gave my friend & I great dinner suggestions too. If it were possible for me to live in the store I would!

This is the place to cheer yourself up, a magical world of all things pen, pencil, paper and beyond. The owner is as unique as the store itself! Its a MUST!

Bought some awesome stationery here for my girlfriend. Really nice staff, great selection of unique stationery and card-stock - what else do you need? Oh, and they sell all there products online, just in case you dont live in CHI.

Situated just under a ten minute walk from the Sedgwick stop on the Brown Line, this little shop was so easy to find, and walking there showed me a part of Chicago Ive never seen before. Old Town is such an aesthetic little area, and a place I would love to return to. As for the shop itself, the layout was gorgeous, with each different table and display color coordinated. Everything was in view and accessible, which made browsing easy. Its a well-kept store; all-in-all, gorgeous and well-priced.

Very friendly and helpful in finding notebooks!

Just went there today, and the woman helping me couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I look forward to getting all my notebooks and pens there in the future.

Only my favorite stationary store that ever was! Only, they aren’t stationary, they’ve moved from my back yard to this new location. Great for unique greeting cards for obscure occasions.

Love supporting local business, and Greer is a nice neighborhood gift and stationary shop. Love their decor as well - great pharmacy cabinets and antique displays are very cozy and inviting.
