Came for an inspection of mini-splits. Couldnt diagnose and just chose to leave, but we still had to pay a visit fee. They wanted to charge a large amount more to complete inspections and diagnose the problem rather than including it as the visit fee.Spitballed something that might help for repairs and gave a bad/high quote above average prices for the service on Google.

Majestic HVAC repair! They were extremely responsive and came out to my house to give an estimate and fit me with the proper humidifier. I even asked them to install a more expensive unit but they explained why it wouldnt be a good option and why the unit they installed was right for the job. The price was as good as it gets.

Best HVAC service in Chicago! We had reason to use Mr Cools eXpedience Heating & Cooling again, and Im happy to report that my rating remains unchanged. He not only fixed the problem quickly, he also stayed and explained to us how the 2-speed fan on our AC works, and how to use some unfamiliar settings on our new control unit.
