Waited an eternity. 45 minutes. There was a huge drive thru line too.Four people working. I think they could be faster. Also it would be nice to be able to just grab the ready made paletas and pay right away.The ice cream was not bad. It was fine - not great. Coconut inside this one.

The flavors ( Guavo? and coffee ) has a very light and satisfying taste even though we were very full from our meal. The ice cream flavors doesnt feel forced and it has that natural taste. Honestly I couldve gotten another flavor and would have finished it. Unfortunately I couldnt try the chocolate banana nor the popsicle because it also look delicious but Im sure there are others that have reviewed it. There are two menus ( Spanish on the left & English on the right ) so dont be like us and be confused when walking in the first time. Very friendly staff and will definitely go back.

One word:Amazeballs. So good. My order was.. Chetos con queso with lime, limeade with chia seeds, and a strawberry paleta. I get my fix everytime I come to Chicago.

First time here. Mexican style juice and snack bar. There were only two girls taking and making orders (drive thru and at the counter inside) so the wait time was long! It was packed so you know it is a local favorite spot. I ordered an elote cup, mangonada and fresh juice #3 (spinach, apple, carrot and celery). Total was $15. The workers were really nice and the restaurant was extremely clean.

Ordered 2 large elotes en vaso and they were filled half way with el jugo where the elote is boiled, once I tried mixing the ingredients everything got washed to the bottom. Now I’m stuck with a large cup of corn with no fixings. 🚮 they need to work on that or they’ll ruin everyones corn in a cup Alv. 1 star for ruining my evening. Ps. The cheese they use for the elotes melts with the heat. I’m pretty sure it’s not queso cotija that should be used for elotes. SMH

Service has always been mediocre, the formation of the line makes no sense, start from the side where the register is but you dont pay first then you go around the whole place then back to the register. No signage about this either. Not worth the wait.

I paid for something I did not order and employee refused a refund. I ordered a three scoop ice cream cone and received the wrong ice cream flavors and no cone. I called to request my cone be delivered or I receive a refund. The employee refused and told me that I had to let them know I wanted a cone. That made no sense if it’s listed on the menu as 3 scoops of ice cream with a cone. Also, they were out of one of the flavors so she just threw whatever she wanted in the cup and sent that.Worst Michoacana Premium location period.Just go further west to 2150 W. Cermak. The service there is excellent and they only charge you for what you order.

Very good shakes!! The problem is they are VEEEEEERY slow with the drive through. They need a speaker box so that by the tim you get to the window from all the waiting theyd already have your order ready. The churchs chick n they used to be used to have this feature but for some reason they dont.Other than that very good food havent had a peanut reaction from an unrinsed blender yet if it matters

Great place for comfort food! Fruit ice cream tasted so good and also contained fruit seeds and chunks. They sell so much more than ice cream. Definitely worth the visit.

I go here all the time. Best ice cream around. I bring my family from the suburbs to this location. However, not all are premium locations. Make sure it says premium on the sign.

Avoid this place my granddaughter asked for chips with sauce and pour the whole bottle of hot sauce. I felt like it was done on purpose because she asked for a little more sauce. I felt disrespected and I will never go here again and trust me neither the people I know.

Horrible ladies that work there! I went in all happy about getting some ice cream and I was next in line and the girls that work there kept starring at me and didn’t offer me service. A couple came in after me and the ladies attended them real quick while still not paying attention to me. I waited a couple more minutes and still nothing and they just stood there doing nothing. I left the place with no ice cream and very hurt and disappointed. Never coming back again and letting other people know to stay away from this place!

Love the food, the yogurt and fruit especially. And Ive never had a large elote before this place! The only reason its not 5 stars is the lines are long and the wait times are pretty long most of the time. There was only one time where we were in and out. Other than that great place and we will continue to go.

Now THIS is the place. I used to live across the street and now I hike 20 minutes back every time I get the chance. If you need a treat, this is the spot. Coconut paletas are my favorite, but I also love the Cheetos con queso so much. Only downside is that there is usually a pretty long wait. Tried the drive through for the first time last week and we moved through the line within 10 minutes which is remarkable for this spot on a Friday night. I ordered a Ferrero rocher malt and it was hands down the best milkshake I’ve ever had.

Drove from Los Angeles to NJ, and stood in Chicago and decided to have La Michoacana. In LA, they have avocado but they didn’t have it here 😔 but besides that it was okay. Hard to take the plastic off the ice cream.

I love coming here for a yogurt but sometimes it be getting super busy and sometimes they drag to get your order ready. I suggest coming before 5pm or 6pm . Besides all that people so far are friendly and try their best to make everyone happy. It is a bit overpriced though and I also heard on Thursdays it’s half off for yogurts, you’re welcome !

This is one of thee best paleterias in town. Its very clean and the staff is great. the snacks are delicious and they have the authentic mexican taste. I reccoemnd the gazpacho, its just the perfect amount of mango, pinapple, cucumber and orange juice with a hint of lime and tajin. I wish the place was larger because its crowded most of the time.

Drove 30 minutes to try this place and it was def worth it. The line was pretty long, it took 20 minutes to get to the front. We got the mangonada and it was bomb! 💣 🔥 the line gets pretty long so I wouldn’t suggest coming here if your in a hurry . The service was nice 👍🏼 clean environment.

Prices are extremely high and Ive never had funnel cake with hand packed ice cream. Not enough powdered sugar or topping on the funnel cakes.

Amazingly delicious shakes, paletas and mangonadas! Lots of options, even strange ones like pine nut ice cream.The big problem of course is that everyone wants it and its busy. Theyre not so good at crowd control at all.

I have been waiting nearly 5 months for it to be warm enough to get some Paletas and it has been so worth the wait. They have every flavor imaginable. They have some fruit flavors that I didnt even know were fruits! There are two types, water based and creme based and theyre so beyond tasty. Overall all the water based ones are suitable for vegans so its a huge plus to just be able to walk in and get something.And for only 2$ each I can get them without my wallet feeling guiltily. The only thing is that this place is cash only so make sure you bring some. They may take card if you buy more stuff but Ive only get the 1 paleta. I havent tried any of the other awesome menu items but its only a matter of time before I do (and love those as well).They have some indoor seats as well as a drive thru if you want to grab and go. This place is close to both the 60 and 18 bus and not a far walk from the pink line stop either. I would recommend stopping by, especially on those hot humid summer nights.

I was picking up a order for uber eats and the lady taking orders took care of the customers that were there before me but as I waited another lady came in and the server acted if I wasnt standing there and proceeded to take the ladys order I felt like she did it on purpose so I said you act as if Im not standing here she then goes to get my order but says nothing just puts it on the counter very unprofessional here & its not the 1st time having this treatment here at this location I would never spend my money here if this is the way you all treat people

Ice cram was not frozen to the right temperature. I also got a paleta and it was already somewhat melted when the lady handed it to me. The lady that attended me had such a horrible attitude. I was very disappointed to have a bad experience of a place I heard such good things about and was highly recommended. On a positive note the outdoor seating was pleasant. Although there was a creepy guy that kept circling around staring at my kids and my younger sister. Very suspicious. Anyway this place is way too over priced and not worth it. Very disappointed.

A small size is a great way to indulge without over indulging. There is a parking lot.
