Thank you for your reply. While billing our last order from Metro mart, we werent aware of the need to inform before billing about the redemption of previously earned loyalty points. And when we brought it up with the cashier after billing, the feedback we got was that we should have informed about the redemption before billing. We dont know if that was a good enough reason to not allow us to redeem our points considering that we made a purchase of over $180. We understand that the loyalty points can be redeemed next time but during this purchase, we have lost $35 by not redeeming.Thank you

Nice little indian grocery store in downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of products, both packed and fresh. They are also maintaining social distancing by allowing a limited number of customers inside at a time. Very useful for people who cannot make a trip all the way to Devon.

The store is extremely small and during this pandemic, they are doing nothing to practice social distancing. As it is, there is barely enough space for people to walk around the store. They do not limit the number of people entering the store. Hence, you are easily within 1 feet of others trying to pull a basket-cart which barely fits in the lane.

Its a decent place. Prices are a little extravagant given that it is the only indian store around that area. They have 300% markup on actual value it is sold in India. Stores good. Youll find most of the things, but if you want to buy proper Indian stuff and not Canada made, go to Patel brothers at devon.

We chanced upon this jewel of a store on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, en route to meeting our daughter arriving from college for the holidays. The store owners could not have been more friendly and helpful, as they pointed out and described many of their products - old and new to us - in their cozy store off the beaten path.We bought many cherished spices that are unavailable in the major stores, and the prices are so reasonable, that the value just cannot be matched. Please be assured that we have not been paid, nor are we relatives of the owners. Were just pleasantly surprised and truly grateful new customers.May they prosper in their business endeavor there. If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and see whats in store for you. ...from The Miles Family
