Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone with no customers in store but me... My question is what was so important that not one employee could come when I rang the bell the first time? The Cicero location had MUCH better and faster customer service! This was just unprofessional and disrespectful

I ordered an adapter. After 2 weeks it was sent to a wrong destination and it was lost. They sent another one to their Chicago branch and I picked it up after 3 weeks. Also, it was supposed to be 3/8 in. in one side but it was 1/4 in. Wasting 3 weeks for a wrong size adapter is frustrating. I am so unhappy with the company because of wrong and misleading info on their website. TOTAL waste of time and money.

I always get attention so quick, and prefer to go there rather Cicero one.
