I didnt find this establishment kind and was frequently labeling me as plus sized amongst other inappropriate references. Size availability is also very low. Most things werent available in even size Large.

HIGHLY recommended! I have yet to even receive my order, but I felt the need to leave a positive review based on customer service alone. Vivian demonstrated the best quality, customer service I have experienced in quite some time. In placing my order, I goofed and selected the wrong size bra. After receiving a prompt confirmation email, I immediately requested a possible swap in sizes. Vivian immediately got back via email. Not only was she able to swap the bras, but she went above and beyond to color coordinate my bottoms.Thank goodness Journelle provides prompt emails confirming both the order submission and shipping. I am very impressed and eager to receive the items! Thanks so much!

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I was tended to during the whole hour I was there. The facilities were well organized and clean and the products offered are incredible. I will definitely be going again!

I came in yesterday after having a bad day at work. I felt instantly better and at ease in this store- it smells lovely and it’s so inviting and beautiful. I wish it wasn’t as expensive, as I could only afford one bralette at the time- but still I love it! Amira (i hope I’m not spelling or remembering her name wrong) was so helpful and sweet to me. She helped me find the right bralette in my price range and it fits me so well. I will be coming back ❤️

Beautiful lingerie, even for petite frames! And lovely people to help you. Im used to buying european lines because I have curves but small proportions, and Journelle is very much like a cross between Cosabellas best and La Perlas open-work lace collections.
