Four Ladies and A Glass had an awesome tasting with Abdul on 75th. He introduced us to some new tequilas that will be added to our bars. We were also introduced to Arfak, a spirit from his home town. I really enjoyed it. If you like black licorice this is good. I likened it to the fennel seed and candy mix served at Indian restaurants. Abdul gave this to us first the way he has it at home. He served it on ice 1 part Arfak two parts water. It can be paired with meat and fish. We are planning to have it with sushi. Cant wait. Thank you Abdul for a great evening.

They have an awesome selection of sweet wines and IPAs, really reasonable prices and they are always really friendly and knowledgeable. Yes they don’t have some thing that you love you can always talk to them and they will most likely test it out in the store and start carrying it if it’s popular. Highly recommend. They do tastings too!

This store is truly a hidden gem and as soon as you walk inside you immediately see how nice a business it really is. The selection is excellent and the store is very well organized. If you get a chance to interact with the business owner Hanna you will have some good laughs and be met with excellent customer service. The same can be said about the staff there as well as I have yet to have an encounter there that wasn’t met with personable conversation as well as meeting my consumer needs.

The Owner/Manger is so nice and cute. Chuckie and bright, with a pretty smile. I seen a deal and the cashier had a discrepancy with the price, she called over this individual he told her to give me the wine for the price i seen and override the total. I was accidentally charged 3x more than I should have for an item. It was a full house, at closing time- the total amount looked off but I completed the transaction to move the line. I got home (Wisconsin), checked my receipt and immediately contacted management, Hanya, whom was over the moon apologetic and accommodating to check surveillance on a Saturday. Long story short, A & S Beverages & Wine Boutique on 75th will FOREVER be my one stop shop when I am in Chicago!! Abood was the cashier at the time, he was very courteous as well. I am once again completely grateful to Hanna the most awesome liquor retailer in Chicago. She always makes it happen. I searched and sat on waiting list at Binny’s and various other stores for an exclusive Whiskey for months. I put in a request with her in less than 5 days she called back with my product. No one else tops her knowledge and access. Thanks for being in the area and giving us such great service and expertise.

The shopping experience was more than I expected. The owner Eddie personally introduced himself to the customers.He ordered my favorite beverage when it was not in stock.He gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. I highly recommend A&SBeverage. You will not be disappointed.

Every time I go, the cashier never asks for your phone number. They have a rewards system for the customers to take advantage of sale prices, but never ask for the number to put in. I was charged full price for something that was advertised as half off, and a couple of the prices in the refrigerator section were wrong. If youre going to employ people that cant keep up with the rewards system, then maybe you all shouldnt have it at all. Both locations arent linked in the system. Its just really a hassle going to the 75th street location. I normally go to the one on Halsted, because they really take care of you there, but only went to the one on 75th because I went to Brown Sugar Bakery. Ill just stick to whats good.

They have a variety of spirits,one of there male security guard over reacts to any situation, hes to pesty this will run clients away. I reported him to his supervisor.

I called March 12, 2020 and spoke with a young lady named Jessica. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I was greeted and directed when I arrived. Jessica rang me up and signed me up to receive the emails. I have NEVER been to a liquor store with this type of customer service. Ive been back twice since. I do not plan to go anywhere else for alcoholic beverages.

First time there today and I met the owner a few moments after walking in and was offered a tasting to help make my purchasing decision. I love their prices and selections. Eddy gave me a proper tasting with the education of the liquor and made me consider changing my favorite vodka to the tasty selection he gave me to sample. I will DEFINITELY be back there to make all of my liquor purchases.
