I am so disappointed in the way the person that answered the phone treated me. I did extensive research to find a Botanica that can help me with a very serious problem. I called them this morning and the person answered the phone with a hello, so I was confused if it indeed was the Botanica, I had misdialed the number, or they it was the Botanicas number but they had closed their business. I explained that I had read conflicting information on Google and other sites where they said they were closed. He assured me they were not and asked me to point him to the reviews that said they were closed. I told the man where he can find them. I asked him for information on limpias, and asked if they were by appointment or if they allowed walkins. He gave me the next available times. I had lots of questions regarding the process itself and other things, but the man grew increasingly frustrated with me and very rude! I explained I had a child with a disability and I have no care for him, so I need to take him everywhere I went, so I was trying to ask questions about parking, accessibility, because again... I cant go anywhere without planning my trip everyWHERE I go. I asked him why was he being rude, I was super polite, and calm. He said because I have 6 people waiting in line to speak with me and I have spent 15 minutes on the phone with you wasting time when you can find your answers on Google. I am going through a very difficult time and this man, who is supposed to be helpful and spiritual, just disheartened me. I was not on the phone with him 15 minutes. It took him a while to answer the phone because it kept ringing. should have hung up but given my despair in the situation I am in... I was hopeful.
