We had the good fortune of hiring Osorio Metals to do restoration work for our 80+ year old wrought iron fence. They went above and beyond our expectations. Angelica was so responsive, replying to our phone calls or messages as soon as possible. Enrique and his team communicated with us throughout the process and did an immaculate job on the fence. They had a great team working for them and their crew of welders and painters were fantastic. They were a pleasure to work with, the best experience we could have wished for! If you’re looking for a total restoration not just a paint over this is the company you have to go with. We would recommend them without hesitation if you’re looking for the very best out there.

Two weeks ago a mail box door fell of the hinges and hit the floor at the propertyI work for. The mailboxes are 23+ years old and had never fallen off. I had been calling different companies for 2 weeks to see if the mailboxes could be saved. Most places advised us to get a whole new set of mailboxes for over 100 units. I received a referral for Osorio Metals and gave them a call. Osorio Metals sent out two gentlemen named Caesar to assess the situation. The gentleman said it could be repaired by installing a single metal piece to reinforce the hinge. The gentleman came back the next day and made the repairs. Thankfully we were able to keep our existing mailboxes. We received excellent service at a great price. I received excellent service and a fair price from Osorio. I purchased a building and requested they install a parking gate as part of the closing. The gate was not done up to code. Osorio was referred to me in a neighborhood Facebook group, so I gave them a call. Esteban figured out how to reconfigure the fence from folding to sliding, while retaining the original material in order to save me money. He is a miracle worker! Angelica is very professional and accessible via phone and email. She runs a great company and I highly recommend you call them for your fencing needs.

I had two costumes stair rails designed and Angélica invited me to the showroom to see for myself all of the beautiful railing designs or create your own design with Estabon. Update:The owner got in contact with me and apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to refund us half of the materials incorrectly purchased. We took that offer and everything went through smoothly from that point forward. I was grateful for their prompt response and glad that we were able to end on a much better note.If you dont work for a fencing company, completely avoid!!! Working on a metal and wood fence we were recommended this place. We tried to exchange a product that we got in the wrong size for a different product. The warehouse said they do and have done exchanges and the main office said they wouldnt because that material doesnt sell so we cant take it back -.- . Then to fix our mistake we wanted to either purchase another material or get the material we purchased cut down to size. We inquired about both prices and decided we were gonna just buy new material since it was cheaper and take the loss. When we decided we were going to go with new material the price had literally doubled within a half hour to equal about the same as it would have cost us to cut the material we already had. Had I known this before starting my fence work I would have 100% AVOIDED. This place is completely unreliable and doesnt value its independent customers at all.

Ive been here to purchase different sizes of square tube, flat bar, and fence supplies. Prices are good, they will cut to length for a small fee, load up your truck for you, and they have Saturday hours. Get there early, there isnt much room to park and they get busy.

Best place to get steel in the Chicago land area, hands down. They have everything from rods to I-beams and everything in between. Process is quick, the staff is always super friendly and the prices are hard to beat.

Mientras más crecen como negocio sus políticas se vuelven más molestas,un día pedí que me doblaran una lámina conforme a un dibujo que había hecho la persona que me atendió accedió sin pedirme nada más,cuando recogí mi material me la habían doblado a 90 grados😔les pedí que si me la podían doblar un poco más y dijeron que tenia pagar $20 dólares más al final les deje el material y el dinero que ya había pagado,la segunda mala experiencia fue de una ocasión que regrese un tubo porque me sobró no quería dinero para atrás solo quería un crédito para otra cosa que necesitaba y resulta que si lo podía regresar pero que tenían que retenerme 16 dólares por labor restocking fee🤣🤣como si el trabajador se tardara una hora en acomodar el tubo de nuevo o como si ellos les pagaran a $16 dólares el minuto a sus trabajadores 😔
