First and foremost, they dont even have a standard shipping option. They charge you a lot of money between $14-$27 for shipping, for priority shipping, at that, and do not ship products in a timely manner as a priority shipment. There were times where I was forced to pay $20 for their shipping and they didnt even ship it on time and it was not here the day that I needed it to be. They have the nerve to charge all of this money for shipping but dont even prioritize the shipping. On top of that, I stay in Chicago, Illinois, exactly where theyre at, and it still takes me forever to get my products (Theyre store is not open to the public so I have to order online).There is this other spiritual owner in Connecticut where Im just now starting to order products from and literally her products are delivered to me within 3-4 days, and theyre all the way in Connecticut. Even others in DIFFERENT states can ship faster than here but they have the nerve to charge all this extra money and unnecessary fees, calling it priority shipping and its not even being prioritized.Also they charged me $14 for priority shipping but didnt ship my order for 2 weeksThis is my last time ordering from here, Im over them.

It’s not open to the public and you have to shop online. They should have that reflected in their Google search results.

I have been ordering products from Lucky Hoodoo for many many years now. The proprietors are super knowledgeable and the quality of their products and their service are both excellent. They know what they are doing - thats for sure! I have a few mojo bags that are truly high quality: they are beautiful for one, and they smell amazing and have brought luck and fertility. Their selection of oils and types of candle burning rituals are some of the best and most potent I have ever tried. Thanks for all that you do!

This store is amazing!!! The people & services they provide are spot on!I have been ordering products from Lucky Hoodoo for many many years now. The quality of their products and their services are authentic Hoodoo. They know what they’re doing, and they know how to do it right. I have Numerous mojo bags from them that have yielded spectacular results. THEIR STUFF REALLY WORKS!!!!!!!! Their Lucky Hoodoo root oils are the highest quality I’ve ever used. Plus they are only $9.00 a full ounce. They have the best customer service, they answer emails every day and take quick action if a problem should arise. I highly recommend this shop and the people who run it for all your hoodoo products, they are the greatest.

My daughter and I purchased 2 mojo bags, oils, sage bundles and many candles for various reasons. We are so impressed with the results every time we burn the candles or use the oils. It’s AMAZING!!! Their stuff actually have worked for me. I would love to walk in and take a look at more items and get new things but only thing is that is not open to the public so you havemto buy online and pay the shipping fee as well as wait longer to grab what you need. Other than that I say their items are legit

Something should be stated online that the store location listed isnt open to the public so people dont waste their time.
