The shop owner is so great!She helped me try on jackets and put in the padding/armorfor me. She had me in there like Julia Roberts in pretty woman finding the best fit for me and what would look best on me on my bike! She even made sure the items I chose looked great with my bike- street style is just as important as safety you know.The selections were amazing! I really enjoyed the space, their offerings and the great vibes!

This store is amazing! I just happened to find this place while on my birthday trip to Chicago, and Im so glad I did. I had been looking for a leather riding jacket for a while, but didnt have many in person options in Columbus, OH (unless you want to buy a Harley jacket from a Harley dealership). The help I received was personal and insightful, and I am happy to say I found my jacket! I could not recommend this store more highly. I just wish I lived closer!

A super rad shop! Ive been riding in the city for the past few years and Ive found it to be really challenging to find places in the city that carry motorcycle gear that doesnt give off the look of trying too hard to look the part of a riding a motorcycle.The shop definitely caters more so towards female riders. Which I think is an awesome change to the whole boys club mentality that usually sticks to the riding world.

Bought a few red things here when we were in town last. Dying to get back out there to shop. Super friendly staff, really nice vintage style moto culture clothing and accessories.

My favorite go-to shop for gifts, presents to myself, and browsing. I love the variety of clothes, toiletries, jewelry, leather goods, and South-Eastern blankets. So much more fun than the bland offerings of traditional department stores! I bring my friends here when I am in the area.

One of the only places in Chicago to get legit moto gear (Roland Sands, Biltwell, etc...). Plus my wife loves the selection of clothes, locally-designed jewelry and decor. Can’t go wrong!

I just had to comment to say that I didnt even buy anything from this store but my experience was 5 stars. Nicole (owner) attentively worked with me for 30 mins and I ended up not buying because I had to go somewhere and wasnt ready to buy. She was totally understanding and didnt make me feel bad for using up her time. She has great stuff for all different budgets but her exceptional customer service was what really made this store a 5/5. Will definitely be back when riding season starts!

I bought a helmet here. The person fitting me had never ridden. She suggested that I get a helmet that fit quite snug and told me it would give a bit.After 4 hours of wearing it my face was literally in pain. I called back to ask about exchanging it for a bigger size and only then did she tell me that they do not return or even exchange helmets. The excuse was that the brand, Biltwell, wouldnt let them.I called Biltwell, this isnt true. Online stores like RevZilla allow you buy the helmet, try it a few days, and still return.The sales person said the owner would call me about the exchange but I never heard from anyone.Save youre $200 and buy from Amazon or RevZilla. As much as I want to support local stores, buying safety gear at this store is not a good idea. This is really a jewelry shop.

This is a amazing place, and of course I will recommend it, i was looking for a pair of gloves so I can ride my motorcycle, they didnt have the right size and the owner order them almost instantly, I run a business down the street and I know that costumer service is very very important, they are friendly and care about costumer service, the prices are great too.
