I was referred to come here from my co-worker. They came highly recommended and I see why. Martin Muffler made my day after they found and fixed only what was wrong with my vehicle. They weren’t out to price gouge or do unnecessary repairs. My only complaint is when my vehicle was finished, they asked one of the workers to back my vehicle out. I refused him due to the loud/weed odor coming from his body. I did not want to have my ride stinking like loud/weed. Thanks again for your service.

I went to this establishment after reading the reviews, thinking that they would provide great service and be professional and timely. They were none of these things. My experience was very lackluster and unpleasant. I went to this shop EARLY on Monday morning to get a catalytic converter rewelded or to have a new one put on (whichever of the two needed to happen). The tall, African American gentleman advised me that he would call me and keep me abreast of what was what because at this point, I still hadnt been told a rate or anything. I got off work at 4:30 p.m. and still hadnt got a call. I decided to Uber back to the shop to see what was going on and they were closed! They left my vehicle parked on the street and didnt call me to tell me anything. Not to mention that their hours say 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. They actually closed at 3 p.m. and didnt make their customers aware of this. With all of that being said, I had to catch an Uber right back home to get my other set of keys so that I could drive my car back home because I didnt want it just sitting on the street over night. They didnt even have the decency to bring it into their garage since they didnt service it all. The next day (today), I had it driven back up there early. When I called after they opened, I spoke with someone who told me that the guy who I handed my keys to was not in yet and they would have him call me when he gets in. I called back after roughly an hour and he was the one who answered. So, clearly, they didnt have him call me. I went back up to the shop and got my keys and took my vehicle to another shop, who had everything completed within 2 hours or less. I will never visit that location again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone I know because they are careless and unprofessional. Consider yourself informed.

No problems in and out in a respectable time Ive been going to them for over 20 years plus.

I’ve been to this shop a few times in the past and they have always preformed above and beyond. Today was no different. Before dropping my car off yesterday at closing I had visited the other shops in the area for a price check on the labor I needed it done and all of them tried to charge me double what this location was asking for. I eventually drop my car off with them and they had me finished first thing this morning. Great price with expert service. Thanks again. I will surely be returning.

Good guys in here they work on all models. Waiting room has heat. Everybody is wearing their masks.the guys at martin muffler take care of business everyday so get in there early. And dont back out on western cause those cars come fast!

This place is amazing. Its first come first serve. I recently cracked my tail pile on my Chrysler 300. It was very minor, but the piece was hanging off.I arrived at the location and everyone was busy, but I got service in 10 minutes my car was fixed and I was on my way. It looks good too.

This place was recommended by my mechanic. They do good work as quickly as possible. They are a busy shop so expect a wait. You get a fair price. They are not the most expensive place but theyre not the cheapest either...This means you are paying for quality work. They will honor warranties without a hassle. Id definitely take my car back there.

Its one of the best places to get your car fixed I go here because they do a good job and they are reasonable I would give it five stars but its so far away from my house but other than that it deserves a looksie

They were very fast...replaced my muffler in under 30 minutes...had been here before in the nineties... did me right then too...the owner said the credit card machine was down fixed my car and let me bring the cash back...

Been taking my vehicles there for 20 years, always satisfied,never had to bring one back for unsatisfactory reasons. Could have a better waiting area, but you are usually out of there right away

Didnt even bother to check anything about my truck had me waiting for hours just to here them give me an excuse. My issue with my vehicle was a exhaust leaking from the manifold, being that its a extensive amount of work they just wisk me on out the door an tried too recommend me to a guy on west 71st which is one terrible human being.
