In my pre purchase inspection, they failed to find out any one of the following problem: fluid leak, absence of engine air filter, rear suspension failing (making loud rattling noise), battery electrode bad connections. I dont even know if I should blame the dealer putting such a problematic car on the market overpriced or blame this mechanic shop failed to tell the problems. Maybe both.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience!!!! They may fix your car here for cheap but trust and believe that they break something else for you to come back to pay for a bigger expense. Not worth it !!!!

Got a great deal on a universal muffler $100 when other shops wanted $260 .

Came there because my mechanic said I needed a catalytic converter I Google and found Mexican and son took my car to them the mechanic say yes I needed a catalytic converter so I made an appointment to bring my car back $700 service engine light came on the same day took my car back mechanic say drive it for 2 weeks I did light was still on then he told me I needed a 02 sensor and a gas cup so me thinking that that was important I let him do it 290 comes to find out it was a gas cap he told me that the O2 sensor was 220 so I paid $70 for a gas cap now he tells me I need a canister valve another $400 Im very disappointed with the service I asked to speak to the owner and they did not allow me to speak to him I paid them $990 and still have not passed the ignition test I am thinking about going to court because the mechanic in the beginning said all I needed was a converter on the diagnostic test now I will be out of 1390 dollars they have a sign stating that if you do not pass the ignition test they will give you a refund so the owner needs to know I did not pass and Im going to pursue this as soon as I get my car straightened out

I wouldnt even give them 1 star to be honest. WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT GO!!! These boneheads installed a used and defective Catalyst Converter that went bad after 3 months of driving. When I returned to the shop they wanted me to pay more because I was at day 93 of my 90 day warranty. I really hope this place gets shutdown.

Dont ever go there i went there to replace my front shock/strunt i bought from autozone and they didnt let me see what they were doing. they send me to buy another extra piece for my strunt and was charged $60 for labor and and spend $96 for parts 2 weeks later the car felt the same so i looked under the car to se my new shock/strunt replace and i notice that it was the same old shock/strunt they only replace the extra piece i bought and they kept my new shock/strunt that i bouht new so never go there unless you wanna be ripped off like me.......... I gave this place one star only because I used to come here all the time to get my item on my car fixed this particular time they fix my car they took the hood up and didnt close it all the way so I drove off the lot when I went down the ramp to get on the expressway the hood flew up cracked all of my window I couldnt see cars were speeding behind me and I was in trouble trying to get over with the hood up I called and told them immediately what happened they told me it was my fault and that I could open the hood up and I was trying to get money from you I said that doesnt even make sense to put my life in danger like that you all didnt close it then he told me well whenever you take the car off the lot you should always check stuff like that first Im a female I dont check stuff like that automatically assume that the company or the mechanics that are working on my vehicle will make sure that the hood of my car is properly closed my life is a danger I had to get a new window they didnt offer to help to pay for it I will never ever ever patronize this establishment again because of their blatant disrespect and to take ownership of a wrongdoing and put my life in danger they dont even deserve one star they deserve no stars
