The gentleman is very attentive. He have a great customer service skill.

I frequently visit the store to pick up my UPS packages. The staff is very friendly, they provide quick and very professional service. I am very glad that this store is now an UPS Access point, I no-longer have to worry about missing a UPS delivery.

This place is a access point and is never open on time but when they are open they are polite and quick but they should be open on time when they have peoples packages. For the past three days I have been arriving hours after the time it says on the door and they have not been open.

They could have a better organized system for the packages they receive however the place is secured a I havent had an issue with not getting my items

The older gentleman that works there is very pleasant.very soft spoken!
