If I could give one star I would. I just heard them blasted on the radio by someone else and they did the exact same thing to me. I paid them so much money for my copier and ended up having to dispute the charges And go with another company! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN THEY don’t HAVE ANSWERS!

Great service. Called in today for an appointment and they were able to send out a technician within a couple of hours. Incredibly professional and did a stand up job and brought our machine back to life. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!

We were a small non profit that needed support on our copier. Chicago Copier Services was in right down the block which was great to support a neighborhood business. They came out and assessed our issue. It needed more work than anticipated and their staff was easy to work with to schedule follow up appointments. They brought out parts and did work until the copier was up and running. They went above and beyond, everyone from their scheduling, management and technicians (thanks Johvany!). My company has been renting a copier/printer from Chicago Copier Services for 5 years. We host to conferences a year in Chicago and Chicago Copier has been our go to for copier services. They are professional, on time, and stand behind there products.

This was terrible service. First, they gave me a 6 hour window when they would show up (even Comcast does better than that). Second, I had two printers next to each other, with a note on each stating what was wrong. The note on one showed the sample line from the self-feeder roller (which roller just needed to be cleaned), and the other note showed colored lines running down the copy. I was not here when the serviceman showed up. He elected to look at the second printer, and determined he could not fix it without ordering a new part for $227. So he left. He never cleaned the self-feed roller on the first printer. Third, when I called to complain, I was told that I paid the $120 flat fee, but that was to service only one printer. They would have charged me $240 to service both printers. In other words, they would charge me as if I called them for two separate service calls, just to clean a roller on the second printer when they were already here. Fourth, when I complained that neither printer was serviced, the General Manager asked me how I knew that. I said I could tell because each printer had the same problem as it did before the serviceman came. He asked if I would be satisfied if he returned my $120. I said yes. I asked him when he would send me my money. He said he had to investigate my claim first and hear the other side of the story. I then asked why he offered to return my $120. He said he never offered that; he just wanted to know if that would satisfy me. Was he taking a survey? I would never use this company again.

We always get great service from Chicago Copier Services. They come right out when we call and follow up on any problems we have had. We buy our toner from them as well. Prices are lower than we pay anywhere else.

We purchased a copier machine form Chicago Copier about two years ago, The machine has been working great, The machine did start giving us paper jams, Soon After we realized we where not able to repair the jamming ourselves, We contacted Chicago Copier Services, They send over a very nice tech who replaced some roller tires and the machine has been working great once again. Based on my experience with them, I recommend. Oh !! another plus, They are very responsive.

Since I have been in business, I started with Chicago Copier Services and since then I have been a well satisfied customer, they always answer my calls answer all of my questions my needs and their services are brilliant as well. I have even informed my friends that are in business that if they ever need a copier services to just go with them.So trust me If anybody ever needs help with their copier needs they are the one and only ones to get a good service no matter what your company is looking for. It could be either for Service Calls, Service Contract, Leasings, Purchases or even a Rental. One of my friends had for service a copier company named Copier World he said their prices were pretty fair but they lack on their services. So he switched to Chicago Copier Services and since then he has been a loyal and satisfied customers just like me. The Dell copier I use at home became hopelessly jammed. Without an appointment, I took it to Chicago Copier Services office on Ashland Avenue. Tania immediately set me up with a technician who solved the problem in minutes. The technical service is outstanding and Tania is most helpful. This place is highly recommended!

We use Chicago Copier for service on repair on our large, multi-function machine. They have always shown up on time, called ahead and done top-notch work.

I paid a flat fee of $90 get a very quick diagnosis. Not worth it. So I called then and they resolved the issue.

The servicemen know their business and they show up when they say they will. Personally, Im service intolerant and I probably set standards too high. But Chicago Copier exceeded them.
