Horrible customer service waiting 7 weeks for home oxygen evaluation the operates answering phones will not let you speak to anyone. They lied to medical provider stating they could not get a hold of us to come for evaluation even though I call a few times a week then daily finally after 2 months scheduled to come out they neve4 showed up. Called to follow up and the operates was extremely rude and would not put my call through

Horrible customer service. They say they will call you back but never do. They say they will expedite things but they never do. This is one of the WORST companies I have dealt with in my over 20 years in health care. I would absolutely not recommend them.

Lincare ships you products you did not order and claims you are on an automatic reorder program. Customer service seemingly is sloppy with under skilled, inexpensive help. Trying to get a replacement part diagnosed and reordered will take you to another provider rather than return to Lincare.

As a starter, it takes hours before a live person picks up the phone. Except for taking payments, the person cannot provide answers to questions I have about the invoice, which does not show a detailed breakdown.I was then transferred to another department. The person there cannot answer my question either. She said she would looked into it and called me back. But it never happened.

Terrible customer service! Ive never dealt with such incompetence! Do not use this company. Ive been waiting for CPAP machine that has been approved by my insurance company for weeks. Its excuse after excuse. I am sorry for all clients/patients of Lincare.

I only give 1 star because there is not a NEGATIVE 1!! Worst customer service ever! Cant keep up with their lies and out and out called me a liar. We had the insurance company calling them, the Dr calling and myself and they kept telling me no one has contacted them....Such BS... you will be standing outside taking deep breaths if you depend on this company

This place is just horrible they wont come when they say sometimes. And renewed whatever without telling me so now Im suck with them for years and they wont give me portable concentrated oxygen for about 3 years they said I called Medicare

ZERO stars! This is the worst medical professional organization I have ever dealt with. Did I mention that I am a physician, and have had the opportunity to deal with many? I had a sleep study late in June 2017, my physician wrote an order to Lincare promptly, and they cannot even find my name in the Lincare information system 2 months later. They offer empty reassurances that yield nothing. I do not recommend using this organization.

This place is awful. My cpap was damaged in a flood and though my insurance approved a replacement, the guy on the phone stuttered and stammered and shot me down several times. When the tech came out with a refurbished model, she insisted I keep the old power supply for reasons I cant ascertain. The quality of the stuff they send out gets worse and worse. My doctors office now has their own in house supply and I was able to fire these bozos.

Echoing the statements made: sent a CPAP order with no call from them during the week after. Called them and having to navigate the phone menu got a person who couldnt give me that information so theyd have to call me back - why have anyone if they cant give me info on an order????Waited another week for a call back, gave up, told my doc to send the order somewhere else, and in less than 12 hours got a call confirming my order. This location obviously doesnt have the capacity to serve the public

Can not communicate or keep same story straight. Charged for equipment that wasnt delivered. Incapable of working with insurance and doctor to resolve an on going issue over the last year. Rather transfer to a department that doesnt call back rather then figure out what is needed to make this situation works. No stars if possible. Planning on sueing and getting any an all possible actions taken a t this company. Id rather deal with the lincare 15 miles away then this group less then 2 miles away . But it could be the entire entitiy

When I first started using Lincare, I had no issues. Now, however, they never answer their phones and its almost impossible to order my oxygen. i dont know what happened but I will be switching services soon

I cannot express my disappointment with this company they have the most unprofessional and incompetent staff. I’m a hcp and sadly this is the only company (that I know) I can use for nebulizers for mcr patients. Bad company, rude staff, bad service.

One of the worst experiences that one can have. Often phone calls made to Elk Gove Village end up somewhere in Florida. Then tossed around. Their systems are never updated for authorizations and HIPA forms. They dont care if the supplies fulfilments are delayed. RTs dont care to call back on time. Everybody is too busy! Sometimes, in all-day meetings!But those are not such bad problems if the management cared to improve its service, reputation and shareholders interests. Problems can be fixed and service can be improved but the problem is that the management does not care. I guess activism is required at the board level.

My Great-grandmother has a CPAP machine, supplied by Linacre. It went out Friday night/Saturday morning without explanation. She called for servicing. The person attempted to troubleshoot by phone. What she advised me to do did not work. She explained that only her manager had access to the warehouse to order the part she believed is the issue. She said shed haver her manager access the warehouse and shed call us back.She called back Monday morning (today). She asked to speak to my great-grandmother. Shes in the hospital. These people expected her to sleep Saturday night and Sunday night without her machine?? Do they know anything about her case?Most people are in this business for the guaranteed money from the government (medicare/medicaid patients). They have no hearts. These people are trash. Id never leave anyone with a CPAP on their own for two nights.

Worst Customer Service ever! I have been trying to talk with someone to continue my supply coverage for almost 2 months now. Have called this office over 10 times. I either get put thru to an answering service that cant help me or I talk to someone who it is not their job. IEvery message I leave must get lost because no one ever calls me back. The last few messages were supposed to be delivered to the manager on staff but they are obviously just as inept as the staff. Don;t even try to use this service. Find someone else

This place is no good! Been dealing with them since October of last year. Trying to get a walker for my mom. Called them today and once again Im told they have to contact doctor for the third time to get paperwork resubmitted ! They dont care about the patients! I also called headquarters and complained!!!

I will be switching companies. Had a power outage and the regulator they gave me wasnt working on the tank. So be it i had no o2 for 2 hours. It was tough.
