After a recommendation from a Facebook friend, My husband & I drove from Wisconsin to check out this store & it was absolutely AMAZING. First off the guy at the front counter was extremely helpful and even helped load my purchase in to my car, I was blown away at the variety of options for decor. I really wish there was a store near our hometown but Im so thankful I found this store. I was able to find EVERYTHING I was insearch of. I am a very happy customer and I will most definitely be back!!!

My mother in law Lily advised me to stop here for party items and let me tell you the best store I have went for party favors etc so far. Great items and affordable prices!!! I was greeted and taken care of when I was walking around looking for an item. Will definitely go here now all the time for my party favors :)

If I could I wouldnt give this place any stars. The man behind the counter was an older man with the worst attitude possible. Doesnt know how to help his customers, instead just points to where you might find the items that you are looking for. Never coming back and never recommending this place to anyone.

Love this place! They have everything you need for baby showers including the materials needed for making capias, pins included! Mari was so nice giving me personalized service and showing me how to make a capia and the owner was true to his word in ordering something that I requested. Great place! Highly recommended.

Very rude owner. All over me trying to make sure I was purchasing a 6ft table. I come here or the one on Fullerton for all my party needs. I will not be stepping foot in this store.he was very ignorant and I was so stressed out I literally walked out asking why was he so mean. Lol but yes sir I will stay with the Fullerton location hands down they are always so helpful

1st visit shopping for granddaughters Gender Reveal, but not my last. I love this store.

I just had the worst experience ever walking into into this store that left me in tears. How do you allow your employees to curse in front of customers for one and than when I asked where an item was i was given the most sarcastic response like I should know where the item was. I felt so embarrassed to even ask. I called the manager and his response was We are busy and this is not walmart so what do you want me to do?. Mind you there was all of 3 people in the store and one was already getting rang up. Everyone who knows me knows i am always sweet to workers because I know what it is to work retail and I know it can be stressful so of course I just walked out the store quietly. Me buying things for my babyshower was supposed to be a happy experience and they just ruined the whole moment for me. This is why supporting small buisness is hard when customer service standards are diminishing everyday. I refuse to buy anything from there.

This was my first time visiting Saieda Party Store. I was referred to the store by a fellow event planner who informed me that they were having a 50% off sale on their merchandise. Not only was I impressed by the merchandise in the store I was also impressed by the attendant her name was Ritz she was very knowledgeable and was a hell of a designer. It was very nice shopping I didnt expect to spend as much money as I did but it was well worth the merchandise.

1 star it still a lot. This place dont know what good customer service means every body running around like if it was a fleet market.prices are terrible I rather go to party city or Michaels .and the owner cant keep his word. We agree on invitations price and quantity and after everything was paid in full a week after no respond and he wanted to change the story or I guess he just wanted to make more money.I requested my money back to the simple reason that I did not obtain anything for my money and he said that he didnt have any money and to give him a week.thats just not the way to handle this kind problems.terrible place you choose is your money .

This is the best party store and it has everything

If I could give it less I would. I was the second customer there and the lady took forever to attend me and when I spoke to the man on the register his responses where short with close to no details. Then the girl screamed across the room asking if Im paying for the candy my daughter grabbed and was bringing towards me. All in all it was a horrible experience!
