Got a set of Interstate batteries when I bought my new boat. They lasted 10 months. They were regularly on a battery tender. I have had a horrible time trying to get them warrantied. More than 10 hours invested in talking to Interstate Corp, Interstate Distrib (Chickasha), and my local dealer. I have walked away from the store twice now with the wrong batteries. The first set were not a direct replacement and I could not get Corp or Dist to agree on whether they were a direct replacement. The set I got today are physically and different size (and model). This is not going well. The local dealer has been nice. The Distrib and I did not get off on the right foot but I feel like he has made a good effort to make things right. I would just like some batteries!!!!!!!

This place use to be great but apparently is no longer doing business with the public when I called. I even asked to do a contactless transaction and was told no. Absolutely assisinine

I want to express the excellent customer service that I received at the Chickasha Interstate Battery Store. Brought in a battery and it was under warranty to get it replaced or money. The nice gentleman explained the options and returned the full price of the battery. That is WHY we continue to shop here. Thank you SO much for the outstanding customer service.

Service gentleman was as always so polite and got my new battery and it only took less then 15 min I was back on the road!

You cant go wrong with an interstate battery. Even a used. I got a rebuilt, for my full sized four wheel drive and only spent forty-five dollars, plus tax. They even checked the old battery, before selling me one. Could have just took my money, but they did me right. They always have.

First time I went to an Interstate Battery Store and I was amazed at all the different kinds of batteries and the low cost of the truck batteries I bought. I recommend everyone to visit.

Called on the phone for their hours, they said 6:30p. I showed up at 5:25p, they were closed. I later saw their posted hours. They still closed early.
