Other DMs need to learn from this location & fix other stores. Always have products on the shelf (not just 2)very organized,clean & friendly.I have been to Sallys all over the US and I would have to say this is one of my favorite Sallys ever great job DM, GM & staff.

Handy place to get a variety of hair care items at decent prices. They also have a huge section of generic products that are comparable to your favorite expensive brands. The staff here are a mixed bag. Ive encountered employees who are super friendly and knowledgeable about product as well as helpful with question regarding bleaching, coloring, etc. Ive also run into employees that seem like they couldnt be less interested. Not necessarily rude just like they dont really care. Honestly though I like the store overall.

My daughter lives in norman, ok so while going to pick her up we stopped at Sallys in norman to pick up some box perm ( I was reversing a perm/straightening her hair) . I live in chickasha, ok and shop at the chickasha store at least 3 times a month. However while at the norman location I feel like the worker was really pushing sales. Im not used to that with the amazing helpful girls that work at my local Sallys in chickasha. I didnt like it either no did my daughter. Also when we got back to my home in chickasha to do her hair we opened the box and one of the bottles of chemicle was spilling out everywhere . So I took it all to the chickasha store and Danielle and Jordan were so helpful as usual got the products swapped out for an one not damaged. Im so grateful to have a local Sallys to shop at where Im notnpreshured to buy something I dont want or need and that are always helpful and friendly. They truly put their customers 1st . Thanks girls!!

I love the products, that they sell! Their staff is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend everyone I know, to this Sallys their doing a wonderful job.

Employees arent very knowledgeable. If u know exactly what you want its not a bad place to shop. If youre going to need help I dont suggest it.
